It's a shame in this media owned world that the media continually feeds on, and in most cases helps cause, the destruction of celebrities. It is not known whether the pic was leaked by Vanessa or Zac (I'd like to think that these kids havent been that jaded yet) or whether it was leaked by someone (media?) trying to start trouble for the young actress, it is sad that something so beautiful and innocent as a private gift for her significant other will be chum and fodder for the vultures known as the media machine. I sincerely hope that this dosent destroy Vanessa's career or harm the High School Musical franchise. I support Vanessa Hudgens and I hope she has a great support team behind her.

Its really sad to see this for so many different reasons. I'm not sure about Disney trying to portray these actors as wholesome, innocent little kids. You have to admire them for making something for the kiddies, but teenagers these days are just bombarded with images meant to make them so prematurely hypersexual. I personally don't think nudity or sex is a big deal, but I guess portraying one thing when you're really another is the wort part of it. Why can't actors be actors, and not have to be chewed up by the press machine and spit out as innocent little kids when they aren't? She ain't my cup of tea, but let her make her mistakes and be herself.

I think it is truly tragic that someone would do something like this. Yes it is true that VH should learn that now she is a multi-million star & can no longer trust just anyone, but she IS only 18 & has quite a bit to learn. So I do hope that Disney doesn't hold this against her & that she does find out who betrayed her & sues them for all they are worth!!!
Do we really believe that the fact that this was leaked was an accident? Pic shows up, her publicist (who helps her move her career along says they are real...no outrage...just admission.) If there's a Disney contract still, they may opt to let her out of it...mission accomplished. She will now be in the big leagues, get bigger movie offers and her career is now moved from Disney innocence to big money. Sad. So what do we tell our 7 year old daughter?

If she, or any celebrity for that matter, posed for Playboy there would be a minor fuss, the issue would sell out, and the world would continue to turn.
