Well it seems that in 1994 Dr. Gerald Wayne Johnson performed a breast augmentation on ANS and videotaped the procedure. As first reported by CelebTV the doctor wants to cash in now and has fielded offers from various outlets but was on the verge of selling it to a memorabilia collector when Howard K was granted an injunction halting the sale..for now.
Howard K says that the tape was made without the consent of ANS which Dr. Johnson vehemently denies. The Doctor states that he always tapes the surgeries (no doubt for thrills) and doesn't release them until the patient dies. Hey, as sick as it sounds that's what the Doctor said.
Howard K claims that making the tape violated Texas law and is a violation of the doctor/patient privilege. I can't imagine who would want to see the video. It seems kind of sick and twisted to me, but hey, someone wanted to watch Paris Hilton have sex so you just never know.
If the offer to the Doctor is high enough then a court battle may be forthcoming, but if it was just enough for a new car or a vacation then don't expect to see the video anytime soon.

It doesn't seem that weird that a doctor would film a surgery. What DOES seem weird is that he's trying to make money off it. Why is he risking his credibility for what can't be that much money? Soooo creepy.
That is so disrespectful! I can't believe anybody would be low enough to do that. And if he's a doctor (especially a plastic surgeon) he probably has more than enough money. This is just sick.
I can confirm that it's not uncommon for docs to film surgeries, but it's for teaching purposes. This is just sleazy. I wonder if he could lose his license for doing something like this.
