Bruce Willis and Jack Nicholson both have reputations for hitting on women half their age. I doubt if this item concerned them it would be a blind. They would just come out and name them. Besides, even at half their age, the women would still be well beyond the age of consent.
No, this has to be a married guy who probably enjoys a fairly good reputation, someone we'd be shocked to learn did such a thing. Someone who is not really that old, maybe mid to late thirties, which would make the women 'half their age' dangerously close to being jail bait.
