Yah with that information in mind, Dick sounds like the most likely candidate. After all, if Borat/Sacsha Baron Cohen was doing it, I'm sure many people would laugh or oblige much more willingly...I know I sure as hell would...but Andy Dick is annoying and no one likes him.
