Well That Is One Way To Get Them Out
Do you remember a month or so ago I wrote about 50 Cent and how he was trying to kick his baby mama Shaniqua Tompkins out of the house he allegedly bought her and how he wants her and the kids to move back to the projects? Well, I don't remember the projects part either, but he wasn't going to give her any money and kick her out.
Well, now, things have taken a turn for the worse. I'm guessing 50 woke up in a bad mood or he and Jessica had a fight or he found out he wasn't that baby daddy. Who knows? And who knows if 50 was even involved, but Shaniqua and five other people were awakened this morning at around 5am by a fire that destroyed the $1.4M house. All six people who were in the house were taken to a nearby hospital to be treated for smoke inhalation.
The firefighters are calling the fire suspicious. Well, I know it wasn't Shaniqua who did it because she has no motive. 50 Cent is not a suspect at this point. He might not be a suspect, but all I'm saying is that this is very strange timing. Now 50 doesn't have to worry about the eviction does he? Will 50 step up and find her a new house, or will he not pick up the phone when she calls.

Maybe the ex did set the fire to get back at 50.
Fiddy couldn't be COS; he's very, very wealthy and very, very cheap -- no way would he give them money or access to his life.
I can't link it, but news reports (TMZ) say Fiddy and Babymamma had a slam-bang (literally) deposition yesterday that ended with Fiddy's peeps trashing the lawyer's office and videotape of Fiddy and Babymamma screaming at each other in the street. And I assure you, in lower Manhattan on a summer day outside all those lawyers' office, it takes a LOT to get people's attention in the street.
Yeah, he had people who had people take care of the house. Betcha he's got a whopping insurance policy on it, too.
I don't know who set the house on fire (50 or Shaniqua), but I feel very sorry for the kid caught in the middle of this.

She has no motive? I think she does. He is trying to get her to move out, so she quietly removes all of her personal belongings and sets fire to the house. If she can't live there, then no one can. So she burns it down.
Not sure if I buy that theory myself though considering her kid was with her in the home when it happened. But maybe she really wanted to make it look real
