I Beg Your Forgiveness
Yesterday I was sent a variety of e-mails which threatened me with all matters of harm if I did not correct my error. What error? Omitting Johnny Depp from Random Photos yesterday. It was not my intention to do so but alas it occurred, and so I am hoping that you will see fit to call off your knives, voodoo dolls and Denise Richards singing telegrams in return for this Johnny Depp MTV Movie Award bonanza. I would almost call it a buffet, but that would lead to all sorts of innuendo about eating and things which I would rather avoid. As I have said over and over in FFF, this is a family blog. Kind of like American Idol without Paula or the judging. No judging here. It only leads to poor performance if you know what I mean. Actually poor would be kind of nice. Most of the time it leads to no performance.

The hair is for the role of John Dillinger which JD is filming in Chicago. It's a 1930's short back-and-sides. He's looking damn hott. New tat, even wore the jeans without holes.

I would take Johnny anyway I could get him. I know the Minivan Mamas are thrilled with the clean cut look. But it isn't for me.
It looks like he's starting to age badly; that's why the hair is covering his face.
I love Johnny, but these photos seem a little weird. I think it has to do with the fact that the mini wispy sideburns that everyone naturally has are shaved away. The look is a little.... post-chemo, I want to say.
My boyfriend has a very similar look. Almost the same bone structure too. But his mini 'burns are there.
The haircut is for the current movie he is filming. He plays John Dillinger in Public Enemies. I think he looks fantastic.
Johnny looks good whatever way he wears his hair. And yes, the haircut is for "Public Enemies" which is due out next July. Those who criticize him are envious. Barbara - You are 100% on the mark, but don't forget kind, sweet, friendly, generous, and very unpretentious. He has never forgotten his Kentucky/Florida roots and he is completely "un-Hollywood". BTW, he lives part of the time in France because Vanessa is French. He has never "moved" to France.
