I think this is Christopher Reid. He was in Class Act, a movie in the 90's and is a stand up comedian (as Nick said). Also, he starred in the tv show Sister, Sister.
I am pretty sure its not Chris Rock. He secretly loves white women and has fooled around with them a lot. There are strong rumors he wanted to marry a very famous white woman but he was afraid how his fans would have reacted.
