Also it would be someone who isn't currently doing promotion. I think we'd be looking at someone who would be doing her next press tour in 5-7 months ("procedures" like this are typically done in the first trimester). Miley has another Hannah Montana movie coming out in the next month or two.

I don't know who it is, but it's sad that someone famous enough to warrant a BI thinks so little of herself that she has sex with multiple partners. It is even sadder---almost tragic--if the answer is Miley or anyone else underage. Where are these kids' parents?
