Isn't this an old blind that most people assumed was Sean Penn and Lilo?
Apparently the word is Sean Penn, and the starlet is Lindsay Lohan. Yuck. I would have expected better from SP if this is the case.
It wouldn't surprise me if it was Sean Penn. He did date Madonna, after all.
But did anyone notice how uncomfortable Diane Lane was looking last night sitting next to Brolin? Guess things are still rocky with them.
Easily Sean Penn - What that man had done to his wife; the numerous affairs, the abuse, his out of control ego - he should be shot and she needs to get into therapy quick to save herself and their children.
I also thought Diane Lane looked uncomfortable and even made a comment on it last night. I thought Sean looked uncormfortable when Robin gave him a big kiss. I don't think he thanked her in his acceptance speech. Does anyone in Hollywood have a monogamous marriage? The real answer is probably all of them.
Since this whole Rihanna/Chris Brown thing has occurred, it made me wonder why Sean Penn still has the support of Hollywood and the like with all of the rumors about how he abuses Robin.
It is because they are just rumors and nothing concrete? I am honestly asking and not trying to be snarky.
So, Sean did not thank Robin at all, and I think he looked annoyed when she grabbed him to kiss her.During his speech they panned to her and she looked hurt. Early in the evening when the camera panned to him, I almost thought it was Madonna sitting next to him. Also agree on the Diane and Josh situation. They are that couple who probably always fight on the way home!
Sean PEEN is an asshole. Always has been, always will be. Mickey Rourke should have jumped up on stage and kicked his ass then hop down and bang his wife in front of everybody.
God, that would be SO cool! LOL

I waited for Penn to thank his wife but he didn't...and had plenty of time to.
I dunno if she is a doormat or what. Have always loved her work.

Yep. I kept waiting for him to acknowledge Robin or his kids (they do have them, don't they?) in even a miniscule way. Not even a nod in her direction. What on earth does she get from staying with him. He may be talented but he's really an ass.
so, since "everyone" knows about this, why is that she stays? classic beaten wife syndrome, or what?
Robin should leave if he abuses her. yes, I know it can be hard to leave, but women should take responsibility for their own lives.

sean penn did more than date madonna. he married the bitch. AND he was charged with domestic assault while married to her and pleaded it down to a misdemeanor.
robin wright penn is so beautiful and so talented. but she must have a very low opinion of herself to stay with him. and i love him as an actor. don't think i'd want to know him though.
