Rande Gerber Accused Of Sexual Harassment - It Wasn't Cindy Crawford
It flew for two months under the radar, but finally someone noticed that Rande Gerber had been sued for sexual harassment back in March. According to court documents, the man who is married to Cindy Crawford apparently found she wasn't enough to satisfy his sexual urges. Two former employees who worked at his Moonstone Lounge in San Diego said they lost their jobs because they wouldn't have sex with the staff or with Rande. Uh oh.
But wait, it gets better. One of the women alleges that Gerber attempted to kiss her and reached under her dress.
I'm sure the past few months have been a lot of fun at the Gerber/Crawford house. This is also one of the rare times when it is appropriate for Cindy Crawford to say, "Don't you know who I am?" I mean if Cindy Crawford isn't enough for him, then what makes him think some random 20 year old would be.
As for his side of the story, Gerber's people said, "These allegations were previously investigated and shown to be baseless. This lawsuit has no merit." Well we will certainly find out, now won't we?

Yes there was also another accusation about him in the past and we never found out the results so they will pay to make this one go away too.

It is not uncommon for men to cheat on a wife who is "perfect". It makes them feel better about themselves somehow.

Is this the same case or a new one? I remember reading something about a club of his and I thought it was in San Diego? It could be a case of pissed off employees looking for a quick settlement or Rande is just stupid.
i think you are on to something, Harriet. They feel inferior, and cheating somehow makes up for that.
As others have said, this kind of behavior isn't new for him and at one point they were separated. They got together again real quietly and not much was heard about the separation.
Wonder if a divorce is coming up just like Christy Brinkley???

There was also a rumor that Cindy was aware of Randy's cheating but allowed it as long as she could cheat with George Clooney (who is Randy's best bud) and the kids godfather.
it's been well known for a LONG time that cindy swings both ways, and further to women at that. jenna Jameson goes over it in her book and there are NUMEROUS items about her being bi. She's not known as Baby Gia for just her mug!

The arrangement with Cindy C and George C now makes total sense! George was my favorite last of the real deal stars until I read the New Yorker profile - http://www.newyorker.com/reporting/2008/04/14/080414fa_fact_parker in which it was revealed, among other morsels, that George actually let poseur designer Rande put a mini-Hollywood sign in his back yard. I didn't understand how the King of Screen Cool could be so pathetic... maybe the sign can come down now that Rande's in the legal doghouse.
BTW, whether Cindy swings both ways or not or has had plastic surgery or not, she's supposed to be genuinely kind and caring. But the word on Rande has always been neither. I hope she gets out before she resorts to more plastic or other mutations. She deserves better.
It never fails to amaze me that someone would cheat on some of the world's most desirable women...Halle Berry, Princess Di, Christie Brinkley, now Cindy. I wish I could get a research grant to find the answer.....

brenda, I definitely do not condone cheating but the only thing these women have in common is that they are pretty.
Just because you're pretty doesn't mean you are the best mate.
Again I certainly do not believe in cheating but being pretty is not the deciding factor for fidelity.
Rande and Cindy have a fairly open marriage and have for years. She even (allegedly) propositioned a guy I know, and she was (allegedly) doing coke in the bathroom stall at the time. Whether Rande harassed his employees is another issue, though.
Sooo rich yet too cheap to hire a hooker who would keep her mouth shut(afterwards).

absolutely knows that RG wouldn't be above this behavior.

i thought it was odd a couple yrs ago when shaq said he did her, on a radio pgm... i couldnt believe it... she was married at the time... they did a jeans commercial together... he did not retract or issue an aplogy... just laughed
