LeAnn Rimes Says She Is The One Who Had Her Heart Broken
At a concert in Utah over the weekend, LeAnn Rimes took the offensive in a public relations battle she is the only one playing. She told the crowd gathered for her concert, "It is inevitable that sometimes in a relationship, you will have your heart broken. Sometimes you don't do anything, but sometimes you want revenge. Sometimes you don't, and that's when you just leave it in God's hands and know that He will take care of it."
So, lets break this down shall we? The first part is supposed to evoke sympathy and say that Dean Sheremet was the one who did the heart breaking and not LeAnn. For good measure, LeAnn even wore her wedding ring while performing. She wore it despite the fact that it was her people who announced the couple had separated. The fact they separated almost a year ago and she is still wearing her ring shows you how disingenuous that is.
To further pound home the point that any cheating she did was because of Dean she mentions revenge and how she didn't do anything wrong at all but was just getting back at Dean, and then throws in a dash of religion to tell the Utah crowd that she is still a good girl despite the fact that she seems to get photographed with a new guy every week, used a third party's house to have sex with a married man with children, while she herself was still married.
Of course Dean can't do very much about all of this. He has kept pretty quiet and I am sure that whatever agreement he and LeAnn have, he is getting paid a lot of money to stay very, very quiet.

i doubt any of us pictured this when "Blue" came out.
Do you think she has to pay him that much? I would've thought he'd have to keep quiet to keep from being outed. I think she and Dean are friends, and every single bit of this is publicity bs.
I think this is why straight women shouldn't marry gay men. But this is hardly justification for ruining someone else's marriage.
Dean is gay,so why did she marry him in the first place?

I never understood why a gay man would want to marry a straight female.
I think it goes back to her daddy issues ... she was invovled in a legal battle with her dad over money when she was a young teen.
Plus, she got married so, so, so young, so maybe her gaydar was massively underdeveloped?

She was trying to mature in the country music world. Doubtless being married helped in that endevor. However, having a heartbreaking divorce will also help record sales in that arena. Smart move except that if she is percieved as a cheater, than she better pray she can cross over, cause country music fans are not that forgiving for thier female stars. (all this according to my husband BigDaddy) hahaha

I wasn't the best person back in the day, but I totaly wouldn't do married guys. That's low.
The original story I read on this said she was NOT wearing her wedding ring... I wonder if there are any pictures floating around?
I agree with Mooshki - I think Leann and Dean have had a deal for a long time and I don't think this is going to hurt their friendship. It wouldn't surprise me if they stay married.
She still shouldn't have slept with a married man, though. That's just unnecessary.

Amazing tho, that a girl of her generation would think she needed to get married to escape her crazy father. My grandmother did something like that, but she was, uh, born in 1911.
Wait...If they have been separated for a year, why have there been pics of them out together since the Eddie Cibrian thing, even pne pf them kissing for the paps. This smells fishy (probably literally and figuratively).
