Avril is always seen with "friends". Taylor is more of an actress than a rocker. Katy Pery is on her world tour, so she wouldn't need to call anyone, she round up a roadie or call Rihanna!

rockette isn't capitalized, it's not literally a Rockette ;) It's most likely a young female rocker. Who makes a LOT of money right now. Because really, it was the "four-hour chats every day" with her agent that was eye-popping. No agent would go for that, ever, unless the pay really REALLY is worth that kind of time.
... so, having posted my reasoning above about the agent only spending that kind of time with some uber-famous at this moment, my guess also is it's that Twilight chick playing Joan Jett.
