Lindsay Lohan BBC Trailer - And A Pap Is Run Over
No matter how many times I watched this trailer over the weekend I just couldn't stop asking myself, if this is the best footage they had with Lindsay Lohan, then this documentary is going to have a whole lot of voiceover and not much Lindsay Lohan on camera. All I can think about in the first 30 seconds of it is that she looks in desperate need of a fix and is about to leap out of her skin. It is definitely worth a minute of your time.
Over the weekend, Lindsay's assistant ran down a photographer and then didn't stop or come back after it happened. She did call it in to the police though so maybe she will get some points for that. Of course Lindsay is going to be sued by the photographer. The incident happened the other night. Lindsay had spent the evening trying to get Adam Lambert to be her friend. He refused! She left the club, got into the car and her assistant knocked a pap to the ground which caused him to hurt his hand. The police are investigating it as a felony assault. You have seen the swarms of paps around cars. I'm shocked it doesn't happen several times a day and I really don't have any sympathy for the photographers. I doubt the assistant tried to hit someone. Should she have stopped? Yes. But, I could also see a pap faking an injury to get someone to stop so they could get more photos. I think it must be brutal to be Lindsay's assistant so I will give her a pass.

I hate to say this, but she looks like she's trying a little too hard to feign interest. Just my opinion. Maybe she really does care about this, but she just comes off as a complete space cadet in that piece.

Well, that video made me squirm. And not like "Food, Inc." made me squirm, more like Candid Camera makes you squirm.
That was all kinds of ghastly.
Why does she even need an assistant?
What is with the camera work? The older woman at the end has a look on her face like, who the hell is this slag? And then camera cuts to Blohan, who is trying hard to look like she cares or is fidgeting with her arms. I couldn't get the sound up, so it looks like a parody.
Bizarre.
I watched a longer version of the video and she looks a hot mess in it. I don't really think she should be down there representing the US for us.
I realize I am on a gossip website but I have zero sympathy for the type of paparazzi that follow her (or other big (?) celebs). I have a thing about personal space, so I'd probably want to run them over myself.
What qualifies Lindsay to have any kind of opinion on this? Seriously. When will people stop asking Hollywooder's to have opinions on issues that they are not remotely intelligent enough to understand. It is sad that there are so many people in both NGO's and governmental positions whose entire life is dedicated to atrocities such as these and yet a "name" somehow gets to become a spokesperson for a very serious issue and in the process draws attention away from the problem and somehow trivializes it. Really, who decided that a Lohan has enough credibility to lend ANY kind of positive slant to this serious issue? It's crazy.
I think they should sue the photog's for impeding traffic!

Isn't there a new law in CA that prevents paps from swarming and acting in a dangerous manner to get photos? Why is it a drivers fault if you are impeding a person from leaving when they want to, if a car is moving get away from it. Paps are vermin anyway a few less would be a good thing. Someone is going to die because of the way they drive and act, it's just a matter of time.
