Want To See Jesse McCartney Naked?
I have no desire to see Jesse McCartney naked, but I'm guessing he must be embarrassed about what he has to offer or what it shows because his lawyer is sending out cease and desist letters to every site that posts the photo. It was apparently taken by an ex of Jesse and shows him in a g-string but also fully exposed. His lawyer really needs to work on the wording of her letters because she wants to make it sound like it isn't Jesse in the photo, but then screws up later.
"A person is attempting to circulate a nude photo which purports to be Mr. McCartney. McCartney was unaware of the taking of this alleged photo, did not knowingly participate in the taking of this photo, and certainly did not consent to the taking of such photo."
The first part says it might not be his, but in the second part of the statement it is pretty obvious that it is. Oh, and get this sentence, it is my favorite. "It appears that this photo has been manipulated and doctored by computer software."
How so? Is it smaller than real life? Did you ask him to drop trou so you could take a look? How does one verify that a picture of peen has in fact been digitally altered from the real without seeing the real?

How can Jesse stop a photo that he allowed to be taken and is owned by someone else? Right there doesn't that imply consent at the time of the photo, being in a G-string and then nude? I'm no lawyer but if I was on a jury he'd lose right there. This doesn't sound like the case of that poor sportscaster who was stalked and photographed without her knowledge surreptitiously. He consented to it for the girl he was dating, it is her photo to do with as she wishes. Jesse is a dumbass an needs a new attorney, stat.
