richie's daughter is looking more and more like her mother, heather, especially since she is turning blonder and blonder. Are they really letting a 12 yo bleach her hair?
I'm not concerned w/them coloring her hair. I am however concerned with them letting their daughter their 12 year old daughter out of the house in that dress.
