Al Gore Accused Of Sex Attack

The National Enquirer is reporting that Al Gore was the subject of a Portland police investigation for allegedly sexually attacking a masseuse almost four years ago.

No charges were ever filed against Gore, but The Enquirer did manage to get a copy of the police report which was marked "Confidential Special Report." They also have a copy of the receipt for what is one of the most expensive massages ever. $540. Oh, and Al Gore's pants from the day in question.

I can believe all that. What I don't believe is the part of the article that talks about Al Gore leaving Tipper for a gorgeous massage therapist. Somehow I doubt he left her for one he is accused of sexually attacking.

You really do have to read carefully that this happened back in 2006. They make it seem like it just happened. They do still have reporters in Portland and flew more in last night though so they must think there is much, much more to this story.

Enty seems to have it in for Al Gore. This is just total crap.

Goodgrief said...

All it took was for him to split from his wife before anyone started looking for dirt on him.

If he paid her $540.00 then I am pretty sure she intended to give him more than a massage.

I have trouble believing this story.

The cover article says HER pants, not Gore's pants.

Maybe this is wrong but I am finding the idea of Al Gore excuting a SEX ATTACK quite humorous.

Don't know right now if this story is true, but...I will say this that men of means and power (even among the least of them) have voracious sexual appetites. The majority of them.

He is a sleeze. Through and through.

Manbearpig, you sly fox.

Based on what chihuahunse? This article, in the National Enquirer? When has anything like this appeared in the past that would lead you to call Al Gore a sleaze (or, as you put it, "sleeze.")

While the Enquirer has been questionable in the past, don't forget they are the ones who broke the John Edwards story. All of it.

Thanks, ben, for the spelling lesson. He is a hypocrite through and through, and I don't need the Nat'l Enquirer to tell me that. It's called being born and reared in Tennessee. Please, get off your political high horse and realize that there are almost NO politicians that are honest, caring or good guys. Especially not a second generation one. He and his daddy looked out for their own pockets from the get go, and just because it wasn't talked about on a national level doesn't mean it didn't happen.

You are so right about politicians from all political parties.

I wonder how long it takes for the mainstream media to follow up on this? If it is true, that is. Considering how long it took for them to take the Edwards story seriously I would say about six months.

Haven't there been several blinds involving men doing bad things to massage therapists? I wonder if this fits.

Who pays for $540 for an innocent massage?

Ah, and just in time for the 2010 elections, too. Wow, there's a surprise. It'll be difficult for him to speak out on BP and the oil spill that way.

These people have no shame ... and I don't mean Gore. Dick Cheney is the one who needs to be brought in with leg irons.

How many secrets can this man have? He's been in the public eye for years and I don't think there's more to see. I could be wrong so..parade of shame begin.

@chihuahuense I'm right there with ya.

BTW, Congrats to the US for advancing to the next stage in the World Cup!!

Yes, manbearpig. And I can't believe the US is advancing! What a surprise!!

I'm with harriet. I saw "Al Gore Sex Attack" and burst out laughing!!!

What's his pickup line? "You know - I invented the Internet...."

Maybe he just paid for a happy ending and it is being blown (pun intended) out of proportion.

I never thought the day would come when I said, "I believe the Enquirer," but I believe the Enquirer.

John Edwards anyone?

Seems to me like the media in general is after Al Gore. I don't know what's true and what isn't, and I'll reserve judgment, but there seems to be a large group of people throwing a lot of bucks and discrediting the guy in the eyes of Americans. Oil company conspiracies, anyone?

sunnyside1213 said...

I agree RocketQueen. When did Al Gore season start?

Regardless who is behind this scandal coming to light, if it's true, they'll get him.

I don't believe this at all.

If the media is after Al Gore, then it is probably because they are p.o.ed that he made them run with the "sky is falling" global warming escapade for so long. No. Now it's just that no one will cover up for him any more and the truth is coming out. The Enquirer has broken many stories like this one...John Edwards and Clinton, just to name a couple! If I were Gore...I'd watch out. No politician wants to be in the crosshairs of Enquiring Minds!

nancer said...

well, the sky IS falling. but how did this get turned into a global warming debate?

i can't imagine al fucking anyone, so the thought of him raping a massage therapist seems laughable to me. but time will tell. it always does.

everyone remount your political high horses. i'm keeping my feet on the ground.

i never understood how a person's politics can blind them to their candidate's fallacies (or phallacies).

i buy this, hook, line, and sinker. and a "happy ending" doesn't mean he gets his way with her. so tired of "saint gore". please.

chihuahuense said...

the media is after him? Because they covered the story of our ex-vp and his wife divorcing and because the National Enquirer ran a sex story about him? Because he is running for some office? And Dick Cheney is behind it? You guys are hilarious. Thanks for the laugh.

ben46 said...

Chihuahuense we get it -- you hate Al Gore. I presume you're a global warming denier and you probably think BP is getting a raw deal and is owed an apology. Put your head back in the sand.

chihuahuense said...

Contrary to what FOX or MSNBC might lead you to believe, not everyone can be put in a nice little box. You are the one that seems to have his head in the sand "When has anything like this appeared in the past that would lead you to call Al Gore a sleaze." Please, Mister, some of us like to know about all of the politicians around us and then make informed decisions. Because I don't like Al Gore and his raping of Tennessee lands and his hypocritical bullshit that you so obviously would rather eat the pablum you are fed and make your political decisions based on what Katie Couric or some fucktard talking head tells you then you know all about me and my stances on two completely unrelated issues? Get a grip! How 'bout you go to the library, check out some books on political, social and environmental issues and hit me back when we can have more than a one-sided conversation.
