I can see Ellen Page as Lisbeth Salander. I think she'd be a better fit than Carey Mulligan - she seems to cute (for a lack of a better word). Ellen's grown up since Juno, and I think she could tackle this role.

anyone who doubts whether Ellen Page could play Lisbeth Salander should see Hard Candy. Amazing.
I still think that the actress who plays Lisbeth Salander should be shorter--really, 4'11", and DEFINITELY an unknown.

I think her performance in Hard Candy was great. As for an unknown actress it's sometimes better because there's not a point in comparisson but I still think that Ellen might be a good fit.

Love Ellen Page- haven't read the book yet but I think Ellen can play a great man hater. Hard Candy was fantastic.
I love Bonnie & Alice Hunt! Her mom was a big part of her (now canceled, alas) talk show - glad Alice got to hit the award show with Bonnie.
Carnie WIlson does not look great. She looks like a fucking fat pig. Why do you lie like shit like this? You only encourage her to eat more crappy food. It's people like you who encourage her to eat herself to death, you asshole.

@Dick Insideu, you're suck a DICK. She's obviously struggled with an eating disorder her whole life. Carnie looks better than she did in the days when she sang with that girl group (I can not think of the name, even though I think it was their last names...DUH). Anyway, back to DICK: Fuck off.
