Which C list star was so hopped up on drugs this weekend that he tried to include fireworks into his bedroom routine with his girlfriend? We’re not talking about the proverbial kind, we’re talking actual fireworks. His antics sent them both to the emergency room with a few minor burns. Perhaps this kind of behavior is exactly why he can’t get custody of his kids.

Like I said before, this is Buzz Photo.
Their "and it's not..." is always tied to the actually person, either by similar names (Jessica Biel/Jessica Alba) from the same show (Lauren Conrad/Heidi Montag) or have some other comparison in common, sometimes just status (C list star with drug addiction/craziness).
I don't have a guess, but thought that might help some of you that are so good at guessing these.
