This Blind Item deals with a female judge or host on a reality show. She absolutely cannot stand her boss who is a big-time network exec. Both have clashed egos more than once, but it wasn’t always that way. When the two first met, they flirted terribly, leading to a one night stand. After that, things went sour and the two create terrible tension behind the scenes of the show. The other judges/cast/crew/etc. are often caught in the middle and everyone is hoping to get rid of this female judge next season.

I don't know about Ellen since she hosts a talk show,not a reality show.
This kind of thing could have happened to almost anyone, of any sexual persausion, and in any career. Way too vauge. That's why is wise to keep business and pleasure apart. Those workplace flings always burn fast and hot and then end badly (the way most fires do).

Btw, I thought of Ellen because I read that she was now a judge on American Idol, and that despite her public persona, she is known as an "under the radar bitch".

Nigel used to be a dancer on TV, before getting a job behind the scenes and rising to entertainment producer.

My first thought was Padma, although she's preggers this season.
Gail Simmons from Top Chef is another possibility, although she's a newlywed.
Nigel Lithgow and Kat Deeley...I figured that was how she got the job, since she isn't a very good host.
This is going to invoke a storm of ire from people overseas...but I'm going to say it anyway.

Cat was conga dancing at Nigel's birthday party a year ago, and I also don't believe they could clash egos, because she doesn't have one. Syd, I'm a little bit in love with her too. :)
I think Padma and Gail are out (and I looooove Gail s noooo not her!) because the big (or at least visible) network cheese at Bravo is Andy Cohen, who's admittedly gay.

Shakey, it's Mary Murphy and she's only been on one episode of the show this year. If this blind had been posted a year ago, I would've said it was them.
I think Cat Deely is adorable and I would guess many of us have "girl crushes" on her! :)
