When I was 18 I worked the front desk at a hotel in Florida. This hotel housed the cast & crew of a very forgettable made-for-TV movie. It was one of those disaster movies and the cast was filled with familiar names whose careers were no longer quite as prominent.
Grizzly Adams was the male lead. The entire cast was fun, down-to-earth, and gracious, expect for Dan Haggerty. He was a lascivious womanizing drunk. Pretty much like all the blind vices here, but very shocking back then to the 18-year-old me. It also stood out because the "bigger" names were so wonderful.
Chris Botti was interviewed on the San Diego jazz radio station last week and they joked with him asking whether he'd ever date news anchor and he just laughed and said "sure." He's so cute and I love his music...The duet with Sting gives me the chills every time.
I'm seeing Chris Botti in Steamboat at the end of this month!
Dwight may not be great to kiss, but I love his music and he's also a great actor. Real talent.

I totally forgot that Dwight & Sharon dated. Hasn't he been through quite a list of famous girlfriends? Maybe kissing him isn't so great, but he's like that guy from SATC that they all passed around because he had uh...other talents. I dig his music, fo' sure.

Dwight Yoakum is an EXCELLENT actor too, not just a Honky Tonk Man!
