40 Year Old Virgin Actor Gets Life In Prison
Shelley Malil was sentenced to life in prison after being found guilty of stabbing his ex-girlfriend more than 20 times. Shelley, who was in 40 Year Old Virgin, will get the chance to be paroled which is more than he was willing to do for his ex-girlfriend considering she is lucky to be alive.
The judge in the case gave Malil the maximum sentence, but because of the way things work in California the guy might actually get out of jail in as little as nine years.

CA sucks in so many ways...
I can't understand how any state does not have the option to sentence someone to 'life without parole.' Some people should never be allowed back into socieity.
And in jail he'll get a new girlfriend named Big Bubba and he'll have tossed salad every day.
He was actually sentenced to 12 years to life. So with good behavior and time served, first parole hearing in about 9 years. Doesn't mean he'll get it.
