Okay, I'm a gay man so I'm probably not the best person to be asking that question, however I'm honestly curious why a woman would allow a man to convince her to undergo major surgery just to please him because he wants bigger breasts.
If he wants big tits, let him have the surgery.
Merlin, I think anyone with low self esteem - male or female, gay or straight - might try to change themselves to make someone else pay more attention to them. Yeah, plastic surgery may be drastic but you can change yourself in many ways for another person...and it never ends well.
well, in my experience, most of the women i've dated don't need em ... but there were a couple that it would just totally increase their all-around look and prob their self esteem
