My first instinct was Hathaway.
I'm picturing Reese Witherspoon - she's in a relationship right now but not with a celebrity, and she seems to be sort of uptight/goody-goody so the furry cuffs and edibles might be uber-risque to her. Except... 'most of the men leave rolling their eyes' suggests she has a number of men coming and going, and I don't know if she has a 'revolving door' in her bedroom in between (or during?) her serious relationships (Jake G., this new fiance)?

I was thinking of Aniston via the princess Leia episode of friends, but I wouldn't call her an A list actress unless it's specified as TV. Her movies (apart from office space!) are crap. Also, the -not- in a celebrity relationship makes me think they mean someone who WAS but now isn't, since they don't mention any sort of relationship that the blind subject is a part of.
I would think besides the "most of the men" part, it would be Sandra. I mean, she was married to Jesse James who seems to like porn stars and now is engaged to Kat Von D covered in tats. Seems like there would be a 'closeted freak' side to her.
