I don't know what drugs Judson Birza was on when he was arrested for being under the influence, but they must be really good. Judson, who won Survivor Nicaragua, was arrested yesterday afternoon when police stopped him for skateboarding in the street. He was acting funny so they did a field sobriety test and he was arrested. They probably would have let him go without arresting him, but he also had an outstanding DUI warrant and probation violations. His bail was set at $37,000, so hopefully he still has some of that million bucks left. At least he was not driving.

Um, did these cops even watch his season of Survivor? He always seems like he's on something.
That said, he's too clear-eyed for it to be weed, so I'd say shrooms just because I don't think he'd be boarding on E.

he is just a goofy kid. His freinds picked him up in a white limo outside the police station. TMZ has the video of it.
Though I don't think that million is going to last him very long.
Ahhh, brings back happy memories of my youth when I used to roam the streets of San Mo/Venice high as a kite. Never got popped though.

I'm pretty sure a decent lawyer could get him off the initial charge. Last time I checked you couldn't just harrass people for no reason. Unless, of course, he was boarding in a non-boarding zone.
no clue who this guy is...but, the incident has brought him free pr..and isn't that the goal of every reality "star"? mission accomplished.
He was strange during entire season and at the finale he made some off-the-wall comment and even his Mother rolled her eyes. He's definitely out there, but unless he was a danger to himself or others, I think getting arrested on a skateboard is such B.S.
Just so you know, people in CA anyone can get a DUI on any moving vehicle. Be it car, bicycle, or skateboard. It's terrible. I know someone that got a DUI on Rollerblades.

I love Fabio! He is a goofnut and the way he looks in thee mugshot is the same way he looked all season on Survivor. Give the kid a break until we hear he is guilty...
Agree with trinnean - he's just kind of a weird, sweet hippy boy - both parents are artists, he uses the word "man" a lot. I rooted for him towards the end :)
Nod, I didn't mean to imply with my comment that I think the cops were right--I don't, he looks exactly as he did in that mugshot as he did on Survivor. He is goofy, and I suspect he did something very Fabio-esque like try to make jokes and be friendly and they thought that was weird and meant he was intoxicated.
Really? You can get a DUI for being on a skateboard? That just seems incredibly stupid. What about those roller shoes that kids have? Do they count?
i liked him on 'survivor.' he's just a modern day flower child. he and his money will soon be parted, but i'm sure he'll have a lot of fun running through it.
Was a huge Fabio fan on this past Survivor. One of the most likeable and deserving winners in recent memory.
Dude really is out there though. At the reunion episode, he was as high as a fucking kite.
Well that same police force had one of their recently retired officers on the last season of Survivor so I'm pretty sure they watch.
It doesn't suprise me at all that he would be on something, but I was on lots of things at his age too so I don't fault him. He was just skateboarding around, there are worse things he could be doing.
He's hilarious, I loved him on Survivor, the only reason to watch in what was otherwise a ridiculously boring season.
