The Jake & Taylor Thing Is Interesting
I don't really care about Jake Gyllenhaal and Taylor Swift, but what I do find interesting is that Jake flew across the country to take Taylor out for dinner. It seems that whatever they had whether real or not is over, so why fly across the country? What was so important they had to do it in person instead of via a phone call or something. It happened on Wednesday night so wouldn't it have made more sense to hang out at the Golden Globes together on Sunday night? You know, make a week out of it or something.

The whole dynamic is weird because it's contrived. Probably it was OK for Jake to dump (shave?) his beard by phone but when his publicist rushed in yelling WTF! because it was supposed to be a real relationship Jake had to go into damage control and pretend that he was a sensitive guy in a real relationship rather than a closeted gay in show-mance.

I think Taylor took the break up pretty hard. She had no idea she had signed up to be a beard and thought she really had a boyfriend to love and wouldn't ditch her like the rest of them. have.

It makes me wonder why a girl with everything she could want, in terms of success and publicity, would need to continue with these contractual relationships. Is the lovely Miss Swift hiding something herself? Is she, perhaps, a "friend of Dolly?"

Maybe the guys that everyone say she bearded for had sex with her. Closeted gays do have sex with women you know. She'd be the perfect girl for a gay guy. She's got the body of a malnourished 14-year-old boy. She's sexually inexperienced so she wouldn't be as likely to know that they weren't really as into it they should be or to recognize sexual dysfunction. Maybe she's pregnant! 1-you have to have a relationship in order to have a breakup. they were never in one. 2-it was dinner at the boundry, big deal. it's not exactly a 5 star restaurant w/ romantic ambiance. i understand he was in nashville for a business meeting as well, irrelevant to taylor. 3-wth is she 'playing up'? she doesn't seek press. she hasn't said jack crap. does the press follow her around? of course. this is not the same as seeking it out and playing up for the tabs.
she's just living her life. she has a massive tour that starts in 3 wks...at this very moment she's been helicoptored in to a royal caribbean cruise where she's doing a fan show tonight. her schedule is insane. if she wants to go to dinner w/ a friend right now, why the hell not? she's going to be pretty booked up for the next yr, and then some.

I do think Gyllenhoulahay is gay and I do think the girls he's been dating have been beards. But really, we've seen Taylor and Jake in some pictures together. Not kissing, not holding hands, just walking and/ or drinking coffee. Neither of them commented on it, no one ever said they were dating.
It looked like someone wanted the public to believe something was going on, but who knows if that person worked for either of the two or for a magazine. Don't believe everything you read, would be my point.
The word from Nashville: It WAS a real relationship. He ended it. She is torn up about it. I know this via someone I trust and is in a position to know.

Sorry, Bubbles. That does sound bad. I was NOT insinuating that gay men are pedophiles, just that Taylor has a very manish body. I used the 14 year old boy analogy because she is soooooo tiny, but then Jake is pretty small, too. He probably has the body of a 16 year old. Taylor whines to the press every time a guy breaks up with her over the phone, and Jake thus made a tabloid cover headline like that Jonas brother did. All I can say is what a seriously creepy stalker/clinger/pressure type Taylor must be. Can you even imagine that kind of blackmail? Just over trying to dump her sorry ass before it gets serious.
