Poor Princess Powder-Puff, the put-upon young star hasn't exactly had an easy time of it with the fame game. Drugs have been a staple for the talented girl, let's be honest. If you had her high-pressured life, you'd probably resort to chemical addiction, too, right?
Well, that combined with your mom screwing your friends, and you probably would...
Yep, right after PPP had one of her infamous moody incidents (covered widely by the media), everybody blamed the pretty chick for getting too whacked out on myriad drugs. That's partly true.
But get this: The main reason Powder-Puff went on that particular bender was because she'd just found out that one of her longtime friends and business associates had been seduced by her own damn mom!
This was a very hard blow for Ms. Powder-Puff. She had always hearted (big-time) this particular dude, who's sweet, good-looking and—most importantly—truly cares for Princess. And she had also gotten her hopes up.
See, Puff's never had much luck with the dudes. And yet she'd finally wrestled herself out of her latest bad relationship with a skeezy guy, and thought she'd take her friend/slash biz guy up on an oft-implied romantic interest. Ya know, maybe finally settle down with a good-hearted, sensible type.
But just as PPP was considering how to shyly go about it, in swoops Princess's momager! Like she's some kind of older Angelina Jolie, or something!
It was also doubling devastating to Princess, because she and the woman who birthed her always had a jealous thing going on. Ever since they both embarked on the fabulously wholesome world of child entertainment together, mom never entirely concealed how much she wanted to get in on Princess's money, sweat and fame. And Princess had always sort of brushed it aside.
Well, not after that, she didn't.
The two barely speak now. And folks have no idea why.
Uh, now they do.

There is something not right about the breakup of Justin Timberlake and Britney. I'm not buying that she cheated on him. There is more of a secret there. And he likes older women.

Gods, this is an old one. Everyone knows about how Britney's mom was messing with Justin, and that when Britney found out, she had a meltdown.
Ted must be desperate for something to write a blind about if he's recycling this one.
What?? Britney's MOM messed with Justin? What would either have them have been thinking?? Regardless, the phrase "one of her longtime friends and business associates" doesn't say "Justin" to me. If PPP is an old blind though, I guess Britney.

How can this be Britney and Justin. It says she wanted to take him up on his implied romantic offer and then found out about the mom-ance. I thought Justin and Britney were actually an item.
Wasn't "The Powderpuff Girls" a show on Nickeloden? So, I'm PPP may have been a star for that kiddie network, which would rule out Miley and Britney as they were sold into bondage by their parents to Disney. I don't have kids so I don't know what shows were on Nick.
I think this is Britney. After her breakdown, when her Mom would come visit, she always would act out. You could see it in her eyes in the photo ops, she was not a happy girl with Mamma around.
Also remember he Mom 'urged' her to sleep with Justin.
No real proof, just a major gut feeling on this.
I too think this is Britney not only do the clues fit but she has a single coming out soon and Ted seems to have a blind about a person when a major release (single, movie, album) is about to happen. Also in the Britney Biography I read the author hinted that there was more to the marriage to Jason Alexander and the infamous hair shaving incident. As for the guy I don't think its Justin Timberlake, and its widely believed mama Lynn slept with K-Fed

Oh & if this is true, I say Britney gets a free pass on pretty much anything she's done.
I always believed (still do) that Britney shaved her head when they threatened to test her for cocaine use, which shows up in your hair.
Thanks, vikingwench. Like I said I don't have kids so I'm always fuzzy on the kid-show related blinds. Although I have watched Powerpuff Girls show on a few occasions with my friends' kids and actually liked it.

@rebellious - it clears in about three days, if I remember correctly, but stays in your hair till the hair gets cut.
I hadn't heard anything like this about Mama Spears. If it is true, it certainly would explain alot.

Anyway, this refreshed my memory...Remember when the paps caught that dramatic moment when Brit (yeah I say it like we're BFFs) showed up at the trailer on the set of JamieLynne's show to hand deliver a letter she had written to her mom??? Oh the drama! That incident alone sells me that this is all about Brit.
I would be devasted if my mom did this. Whomever it is, bless them, because this is crappy behavior. So embarrassing that ur mom would be the pass around chick. Eeewwkkk!

Cocaine is usually undetectable in your urine after 48 hours. As RQ pointed out, it stays in your hair until it's cut. You need to have at least an inch of hair for them to test it. Keep in mind though, the hair just needs to be somewhere on your body. Not necessarily your head.
I had never heard the stories about Britney's Mom before but that is seriously effed up.

I think it is hayden, Demi despite being in treatment is pretty close with her family.
I grew up in a fairly small town in the Midwest. There was a very public instance of a divorce that happened because a mom slept with her daugher's husband. The daughter was around 25 and mom was in her 50s. Mom was also a fairly prominent member of the business community. So daughter remarries and is still close with her mom. Huh??
