Lindsay Lohan To Blow The Rest Of Her Money Proving Her Innocence
Lindsay Lohan decided to not take a plea deal in her felony grand theft charge. Instead of going to jail for a month or so, she would rather blow through what is left of her money in legal fees trying to prove she is innocent. If she is convicted she will do a lot more time than a month. Plus, at the preliminary hearing next month if she is ordered to stand trial, which she will probably be, the judge is going to send her to jail for probation violations anyway so what is the point?
Do I think she is guilty? Hmm, I don't know. I do know she has got away with stealing lots of things in the past though so it would not shock me if she was guilty. It is her life and her dwindling funds so if this is what she wants to do, then go for it. I think she is hoping for a better plea deal as trial approaches.

She is such a fucking idiot. Can't they present all the other evidence of her stealing at this trial to prove she has done it before? I hope she gets thrown in jail for over a year, and blows every last cent she has on this trial.

She's going to have to do a lot more "modeling" if she keeps up her criminal behaviour to pay for everything else. What a pathetic case she's become. As long as she keeps going out to clubs whether she's drinking water or not, she has no interest in rehabilitating her image.
jail would be the absolute best thing that ever happened to her AND her father!!! she still hasn't learned the lesson......we are all responsible for our actions in the end. It's about time it caught up with her. As for her dad....what a waste of space.

She is going down the same path Richard Hatch did. Was offered and easy peasy deal and gambled it all (and lost) in trial.
I don't think this is even about the 19 days jail time. She just doesn't want that 3 years of probation hanging over her head.
I just hope she gets nailed for probation violation and gets sent to jail until her trial starts in April.

Agree that jail time is the best thing for her at this point, but I'll believe that when I see it.

From what I understand she was photographed with the necklace, she didn't pay for it, and when the store filed the police report she returned it. I don't understand how she thinks she won't be found guilty for this?
I read somewhere yesterday that they CAN use the fur and the rolex and anything else that she stole in the case.

Whatever, she's finished anyway....will never make a movie again, will never be anything more that a "starlet" and on top of that she is extremely stupid....which is how she got to this point.
I just can't believe that's a photo of a 24-year-old. She looks like she's pushing 50, and not gracefully.
