Ashton Kutcher Says He Is Separated

Now it could be Ashton Kutcher telling the truth, or it could be Ashton just trying to score with someone, but according to a report on The Dirty, Ashton had sex with a woman in San Diego over the weekend who was certainly not Demi Moore. According to the site, Ashton was with Sara Leal and told her that he and Demi were separated. Sara then handed her phone to Ashton's bodyguard and went into Ashton's room to have sex with him. Good times. Well, I have been saying forever that they are separated, but I have to admit I was expecting the announcement about 3 months ago. I don't know if they held off when Ashton got the 2.5 Men thing or what, but this might be the tipping point that gets the announcement made. Oh, and Sara wants $250K for her story. So, if you want to get paid by a tabloid for reporting on the sex you had with a celebrity, are you getting paid for sex?

Thanks Lafawnduh!

You know enty is grinning from ear to ear right now...

It's about fucking time someone admitted it. They have not been seen together in months.

And he has every right to!

Would I consider it getting paid for sex if I sold my story for $250K for sleeping with a tv or movie star? Nope. That's the world we live in. When extremes morals collide, in this country where you get a twisted morality that clashes with dignity, and moral values, if the girl wants to make money for sleeping with a married schmuck. I say let her. None of our business, and good for her. Personally, I wouldn't do it. But then again, I wouldn't sleep with an Ashton Kutcher either.

The schmuck in this story is Ashton for getting caught. The imbeciles are Demi and Ashton for playing pretend, and not owning up to their separation publicly, the same way they had made everything else about their relationship public. And then some!

I bet there is an announcement about it now.....I believed Enty and have been expecting one for months.

I think they'd like to wait until 2.5 Men has been on for a season. They don't want to be blamed if the show fails.

I think Demi is SOOOO bad at handling getting older, that it's been HER who's been insisting on this secret.

Having a 20-something husband seems to DEFINE her self-esteem. I wish she would relax and enjoy watching her DAUGHTERS begin their adult lives, grandchildren, etc. It's the natural order, and no amount of plastic surgery can change it.

I don't think Ashton cares anymore about being caught. Clever to make your "dates" check their phones with the bodyguard, though.

For some reason the phone to bodyguard thing cracks me up. I give my bf grief for not always being romantic about getting it on, but this kind of takes it to a different level.

As I said on the other post, this will be interesting. They're not supposed to be legally married....it's going to be really hot gossip.

Rita said...

Misch - They're not legally married??!

Huh? Wuh?

Not married?

Rumored to only having had a kabbalah ceremony.

Rita said...

Wuh. Don't they have a pre-nuptial agreement? Isn't Kabbalah accepted as a religion in the US, at least in California, therefore a wedding withing that religion is official and withstanding under California law?

At this point, it would be better for them to just come out with it. One of the reasons they choose Ashton to replace Sheen is because they figured he'd have a better public image. It would be a hell of a lot better for him to admit to the world that he's single and was just on a "date" than to be trolling around as a married man, looking for some side action.

Feisty said...

By this point they should be considered common-law married though, I would think. They've represented themselves in the public as married, and possibly have property with both of their names on the deed. I don't know how common-law marriages are treated by law with divorce/asset splitting though.

@Fiesty Common law isnt recognized in California...

only 12 states and DC recognize it and they have to do more than just live together for a while to be recognized as common law if they DID live in a state where it was recognized. If they were common law, they would have to go through a regular formal divorce, though.

rules are live in state where recognized, intend to go through with legal marriage, present as married (call each other spouse, use same last name, file joint tax returns, etc etc), and live together for a significant amount of time.

Rita,
The blind said they were in a hurry, no license .....
Think Jeri Hall & Mick Jagger with the Buddhist ceremony.

Just because a guy says he is separated doesn't mean he really is. Guys with a wandering eye will say anything to get a woman to sleep with him.

Nosey Parker - 2.5 Men did $20 million viewers last night and a 7.1 in the demo. It's nowhere near failing. Unfortunately, it looks like we're stuck with it for a very, very long time.

Nosey Parker said...

@ Little Miss Smoke and Mirrors - That's true, but it's only the 2nd show. Viewers are curious about Ashton. I think it's still too soon to tell if they'll keep watching.

It doesn't make her a prostitute, but it does make her a slut, IMHO.

A divorce could turn viewers against him. I think Ashton and Demi don't want to chance that.

I don't think that many people care one way or the other if they stay married or not, as far as a divorce hurting ratings go. I mean, how many people thought when a 20-something man and a 40-something woman got married that it was going to be forever? I think their marriage has run its expected course. Sad, because I think they were very much in love at one point.

As far as this girl, Sara, goes . . . if she had sex with him for the sole purpose of being able to sell her story to a tabloid, then yes, she is a prostitute. Sex for money. If she'd have slept with him anyway, then she's just opportunistic.

She wants $250K to tell her story? She gave her phone to his bodyguard & they got it on. End of story and we didn't have to pay for it.

Agreed that just because he told some hottie that he wanted to bone that he was separated. My ex-secretary told me that there is a word for a man who is separated: it's "married."

As for the CL marriage issue, it depends on lots of things, and if they lived together in a state that recognized it, like when one was shooting a movie such as, I don't know, The Big Chill, then it is possible that they could be deemed CL married.

For YEARS I've felt like we were being punk'd by these two.

I find nothing attractive about this douche. I hope they re-tool 2.5 men and get rid of this jackass. He adds nothing to it.

Lelaina Pierce said...

Why would anyone, especially an actual fan of Two and a Half Men give a shit if he is divorced? He freaking replaced CHARLIE SHEEN.

Ashton is not being very smart about his hook ups. Didn't the last chick he banged immediately sell her story to a tabloid, also?

I totally disagree that someone who is separated should automatically be deemed "married". One of my closest friends has been separated for almost 2.5 years from her alcoholic, gambling husband, and he WON'T give her a divorce, though they have both moved on. They are bickering about everything from child custody to child support. She is broke and never been more miserable in her life. She just wants out and he won't sign the papers, even though she's now willing to leave with nothing. My friend is separated and there's nothing I want more than to see her move on with someone else. Each relationship is different.

I agree wtih Jennifer. She just told us everything. What else would anyone want to know?
