Kim Kardashian Going After Her Former Publicist
For several days this wee, Kim Kardashian's former publicist Jonathan Jaxson has been promoting his book by talking secrets out of school about his former employer. Kim is not happy about this and has directed her lawyer to go after Jaxson. Kim's lawyer says Jaxson signed a confidentiality agreement. Jaxson says he never signed anything. Kim wants $200K from him because she says he has damaged her reputation. That loud sound you just heard? That was me laughing and falling out of my chair onto the floor. Kim, to damage your reputation? I just don't think anyone could do or say anything to damage your reputation. When you start off selling sex tapes of yourself to become famous and make money, it is pretty tough to say anything could damage your reputation.

Last I checked, defamation can only hold up in a civil case if the person allegedly defamed had a good reputation in the community in the first place. Kim, on the other hand, is just a whore with a big butt, a sex tape, and a reputation for being a nasty person.
That pretty much means that Kim will be making empty threats and pushing for folks to blackball Jaxson to keep him from eating in the company town ever again.
There is no reputation to damage, and she does not need a public record to list everything she has done to her reputation.
Lawyer: Judge, I present to you Exhibit A - a videotape of the complainant being urinated on by her boyfriend, and she's not objecting. Here is my request for dismissal of this frivolous lawsuit.
Judge: Case dismissed. Ms Kardashian, please don't waste this court's time again.
I hope that Jonathan Jaxson is the final straw that breaks the big assed camel's back.
I heard his interview at Z-100 here in NYC. From what I remember, he doesn't even have a book deal, ENTY or a book to promote. I think he said that he would like to do one and has lots of stories.
FYI, he also had a thing with Perez Hilton and Perez posted a jerk off video of Jonathan Jaxson. This was back in the day when Perez was a nasty S.O.B. and was outing people and saying malicious stuff.

How can KK sue someone for not only telling the truth, but apparantly doing a damn good job as a publicist? If it wasn't for this Jaxson guy, KK probably wouldn't even be on the covers of so many magazines and getting tv shows and appearance fees. KK might want to lay off on a lawsuit because no doubt he has much more juicy stories to tell that she would not want to be heard in a court of law.

There is a transcript of Jonathan Jaxson and Perez chatting and X pics of Jonathan.
I think the story was that he sent it to Perez because Perez would then help him to market himself and get some press. At the time Perez Hilton was really feared for exposing "closeted" celebs and calling people on the bullshit. He's gone a much more "civil" route these days. Something went wrong in the friendship and Perez posted the video. It was quickly taken down.

Joel McHale was on Conan last week (I think?) talking AGAIN about how he's not allowed to talk (negatively) about the Kardashians and the trouble he'd been in for it. Handler has said the same of E! execs.
I'm sure the whole family thinks they are/were? untouchable since they built the Kardashian empire. This is just another attempt to prove that.
Another trip to QFC and another gander at the magazines... one branded the K's "the world's fakest family". Poor, poor ladies... (snort)

I remember when Jonathan Jaxson was on several talk shows making up whatever just be get on tv. He went on Ricki Lake complaining that his dad didn't accept him being a homosexual.
Later he was on a different show with a different theme, but this time his "dad" was his lover.
He used to have a shitty blog where he kept promising really juicy gossip, but nothing ever came of it. If I remember correctly this was when he got involved with KK. She obviously wanted a piece of what her pal Paris was getting. I couldn't believe it when he crawled out from under his rock again with this "inside scoop".
He and KK both seem like fame whores of the worst kind, so this could get messy. LOL.
