Kristin Cavallari Hates The Kardashians
Oh how times used to be good when Kristin Cavallari dated Brody Jenner she got along great with all the Kardashians and Kourtney was her bff. Now though Kristin hates anything to do with the Kradashians. Earlier this week Life & Style published an article claiming Kristin hooked up with Scott Disick a lot. Even while he was with Kourtney and also when they were taking breaks. Taking breaks is just an excuse to go have sex with someone else. I don;t care if you are male or female or gay or straight, if someone says to you they want to take a break, they just want to go have sex with someone. But, at least they talked to you about it before they had sex. Usually. Sometimes the break conversation can come after the sex, but you feel guilty then ask for a break.

Well, I guess Kristin is part of the 99% regarding the K-asses.
Not even Kristin Cavalleri would stoop as low as hooking up with American Psycho Jr for a line of coke.
I wonder though if the stories were true about Kris's part of the pre-nuptial agreement:
- If in Kris H.'s part of the agreement, Kim is not allowed to publicly vilify him in the public's eye (as per TMZ)
- And if Kris H's signed agreement with E! is to let them manipulate/edit stories however they see fit (as per CDAN blinds, if correct)
Aren't both agreements at odds?
Or simply put, E! is not Kim, so when the K! show makes him look like an abusive twit, his ex of a twat is not actually breaking their prenup agreement?
Whatever, new stories are surfacing of Kim's ex bodyguard/boyfriend about a year ago was still married, and the wife might be suing, for they're still married.

i'm not surprised by this, Kardashians are bottom feeders of society. They will toss anyone under the bus to deflect bad press off of Kim and save their own asses and show.
Kim must be just FURIOUS at Demi Moore for stealing her spotlight today. Just furious.
I can't believe I even gave this any thought outside of CDAN but last night I was despairing over the fact that the premiere will have unbelievable high ratings.
Rita - Interesting to hear that tidbit about the body guard, but on what grounds could his wife sue kim? I get why she'd be pissed, but how about blaming her husband? It seems like every time someone has an affair, the woman (whether she's in the cheater role or the mistress role) gets the brunt of the blame.
@Cathy - No worries, the man gets it.
But more and more women are standing up to homewreckers as well. Which is a good thing, for awfully in the past decade, women have been more and more encouraged/admired for breaking up marriages. You know "Don't you know, your boyfriend wishes you could look like me"... And he dumped his wife and kids for me... And I can have any man I want. Etc.
No respect for the sanctity of marriage.
Also, Kim has it all on film, the hookup with the married bodyguard, and it had been viewed already. So there's that.
Agree with@Rita. Some states have a law which u can Sue the homewrecker for alienating your mates affection. Like when Fantasia was getting sued by her married lover's wife. I say good. Know who you're screwing and you wont get caught up in other people's drama. If you don't then lawyer up! Cause when anyone comes with "he/she" doesn't understand me and all the bull crap. Its just that...manure. open marriages or not, keep it closed or it'll get exposed!

Still, any time someone cheats on their spouse (which in and of itself is a lie), you have to wonder whether they also lied to the person they were cheating with. While it's not okay to go after someone you know is married, very often the third party does not know about the marriage, so 99% of the blame should be put on the married person who chose to cheat.
@Cathy - in Kim's case she knew, and apparently it is on one of the K! episodes... or something to that extent. But clearly also on that episode that she had sex with the bodyguard.
I hate Cavallari and I will never tolerate her ... oh, she said *that*? Hmm. Putting Cavallari and the human toilet in the balance, I'm suddenly fond of Cavallari. It's a Christmas miracle!

Yeah the liar is probably lying about everything and anything. But come on. Last minute booty calls, sees you only in private whenever they can. Hiding something? I think majority have a good gut feeling, but they choose to ignore it with "what ifs" and other excuses. Idk if Kim knew but we know her moral threshold isn't so high.
I don't see how suing the woman your husband slept with for money is a good thing or is considered standing up for yourself. It's not what the legal system was created for.
Money doesn't solve the issue and it takes away from what the husband has done.
I've always liked Kristin even though most people don't. If she doesn't like the Kardashians then it makes her even more likable. Only the Kardashians would plant or leak a story that makes Kourtney look like a complete idiot to take the heat off Kim. She should have left Scott's a Dick years ago.
It is all crap to take the heat off Kim. And of course they will edit the show to make Kim look like a victim.

Regarding this story, I read Cavalleri's entire statement yesterday re: this and it was pretty damning. Made me like her a bit more, too.
its not about $. Its an expensive lesson to learn. And homewreckers aren't only women. That's sexist to think that way. Point is morality. Many don't live their lives that way and f-up families on purpose. When u think of marriage, sometimes families get burned n scarred in the process.
Enough of that light of virtuosity. Scott sucks and so do the K klan! I have a friend who works in a high profile hotel in Miami n he said that Kourteny doesn't like to sign her bill. When he called her on it, the true gent that Scott is just bellowed laughter!
@Rita - I love the info! When Kim tells Shengo she would marry him and he can get his green card, you can see him freak out just by the way his face turns.
I always got the feeling Kim and Scott were hooking up during that season. This was before I even knew sites like this existed so imagine my delight here!
I LOVED the Hills and may have shed a tear when it ended (I am ashamed, not a liar) but I really didn't like Kristen coming on. I was a Lauren fan. I think this changed my mind. Kristen seems ok the more I read about her.
The law regarding alienation of affection isn't just about suing the "other woman". It is specific about the fact that evidence must be shown (sex is not required proof, ie: an emotional affair) in order to succeed with the claim. They have to prove there is some degree of love in the marriage, that the third-party must know about the cheaters' spouse, and maliciously destroyed the marriage. This would mean that the "other person" knew about the love in the relationship and still continued to pursue the soon-to-be- cheater until they left their spouse for the third-party-slut. Hence, it IS completely the sluts fault and she or he deserves to be sued or have some sort of consequences for leaving a loved spouse for a dirty sneaky whore.
I have know PLENTY of women who knowingly slept with married men. In fact, in all the cheating stories I know the majority of women were in the know & thought the guy would leave the wife. I live in a state where you can sue the mistress. I have already told my husband he can chose to leave me & it will be amicable, but if he cheats? He's fucked. And if she knew? Well, her too. Sorry, I'm Team Vagina usually, but not when it comes to this topic. ;)
She used to be friends with them. Suddenly not scared of a face off. Says it all.
