Sandra Bullock & Keanu Reeves Have A Date - Joined By Publicist
Last week, Keanu Reeves and Sandra Bullock went out to dinner together. Meh. I thought it was interesting enough that I did not mind the four seconds it took to read they had dinner, but they have been friends forever, so who really cares right? Well, now it is an interesting story. Joining the pair at their meal was their mutual publicist. Birthday dinner for the publicist? Probably not. It does make me very suspicious though to read a National Enquirer article one week later that talks about how the pair is open to romance and how friends are encouraging the couple to get together. Sounds exactly like something a publicist would talk about to get mutual clients some publicity. Now there can be a few tabloid covers about the couple and OK! can totally blow it out of proportion by saying the pair are going to get married and getting a surrogate for more kids. Can't two people just have dinner and it not be canoodling?

Of all the possible couples, this one I wouldn't mind at all. But I think Keanu is too dysfunctional for her.

they have been trying to tie Keanu down to one woman for years. They tried to make something out of him and Charlize "dating". But nothing came of it.
The guy is just a vagabond and won't settle for anyone boy or girl.
They had to eat really quickly or their table would explode.

I do know he lost his pregnant girlfriend years ago, maybe that screwed him up?

@RenoBlondee - a nomad, with a very complicated family life, filled with depression and suicide. And he didn't lose his pregnant gf, she lost the baby at 6 months - very difficult, I don't remember if she committed suicide later on, but after she lost the baby, both had a hard time recovering.

Not much is known about Jennifer Maria Syme, except that she was a girlfriend of actor Keanu Reeves. A lot of what is known about her centered around tragic circumstances: First, the 1999 stillbirth of the baby she expected with Reeves, and second, her untimely death in 2001 at age 28. Around the time she met Reeves, Jennifer worked as an assistant to director David Lynch, and was even featured briefly in his film "Lost Highway". She and Reeves started dating casually in the late 1990s, and were expecting a baby girl in 1999.
Sadly, Eva Archer Syme Reeves was stillborn around Christmas 1999. The couple separated permanently not long after the baby's death, but were said to have remained good friends. Ms Syme had been suffering from depression and was receiving medication since.
At the time of her death, Jennifer was working as a record company executive in Los Angeles. She died April 2 2001 at 6:20am, after her Jeep Cherokee crashed into a row of parked cars in Los Angeles. She had just come from Marilyn Manson's mansion, where she was apparently getting high. Marilyn Manson, who was featured in "Lost Highway" and also agreed to make cameo appearances in the MD TV series, was claimed responsible for her death when having been negligent in "instructing the woman to operate a motor vehicle in her incapacitated condition".
Jennifer Syme was buried at Westwood Memorial Park next to her daughter. In tribute to his former assistant David Lynch dedicates Mulholland Dr. (2001) to her in the closing credits of the film.

why do you say keanu is too 'dysfunctional' for sandra? she's the crazy one. look at the POS she married. you're telling me she didn't know what he was?
this whole thing is cr*p anyway. they share a manager, agent and publicist. it was a dinner meant to get stupid people to think there is a romance brewing when there isn't.
