Today's Blind Items - The Pregnancies
There is an actor that is still working today and will always be a B lister because of his acting talent, although he had a very long absence because of these two incidents. No one would hire the Academy Award winner/nominee despite his pedigree because of what he did. Apparently time heals a lot of wounds but when you do what he did, it takes a long time and forgiveness from the two women involved.
Back at the height of his fame which was not that long ago, he met up with this very underage teen who had just hit it big and was partying up a storm. When I say teen, I mean barely a teen, but still the biggest story out there. She was a wild child and was not above getting wasted out of her mind. Frequently. Daily even. No family who cared so she was on her own and this actor took advantage of that and had sex with her. She had sex previously but it was with guys just a little older than her, not a guy in his 30's/40's. He did it more than once. In fact he moved her in with him for about a month and then she got pregnant and he kicked her out and sent her back home to her family. What to do? The family sent her to get an abortion and also to rehab. Nothing really happened to the actor at that time. Later though he got into more trouble.
The actor was involved with a woman who is also an actress and is a good solid B-/C+ to this day. Talented. She is very talented. They had a consensual relationship, although any relationship with this actor was always fraught with verbal and physical abuse. He beat her and yelled at her. She too got pregnant and wanted her to have an abortion. She refused. He would beat her on a daily basis to get her to change her mind. She refused. So, he beat her some more until finally one day she lost the baby. Two days later she was gone and so were his job prospects. Both actresses had powerful friends and this A lister who was on the top of his game just faded away almost instantly.

The Ryan O'Neal/Melanie Griffith story - being in bed with Tatum is pretty well known, so I think you're on the right track.
And Drew being one of the people in this blind wouldn't surprise me at all, cause she was pretty messed up at a young age, and sure as hell didn't have proper parental guidance.
Yeah I'm confused. Oh I can believe that Ryan is one perp, and now the teen sure sounds like Drew, but yeah the wording of the blind is then very confusing - he hasn't been Alist for a very very long time, since around the time of Love Story.
Hollywood is an evil evil place.
As I mentioned above, I think these abuse stories are going to be revealed. It seems like we are getting to a tipping point and the mainstream media is starting to pick it up as well.
It's hard to out the victims but this needs to stop.

These abuse blinds aren't fun to read that's for sure but I believe ultimately its a positive thing to out these abusers who have been able to hide behind the secrets their victims keep. Why do victims keep their secrets? Shame, guilt, fear - for safety or livlihood. Yes, it is an invasion of these unknown women's privacy but at what cost are they keeping their attackers identity secret? So other girls can go through the same Sh**t? So the cycle of pain can go on and on? /endrant
Oh my I think it's wrong to blame the women! Many stay in Hollywood because they don't have a choice - their creative expression is acting, and Hollywood is where the jobs are. Jeez let's not blame the victims!

I do think victims have the right to anonymity, but in these cases, the stories are well-known amongst the people in the industry - just not among most members of the public.
I believe in this case the exposure of the perpetrators justifies the revelations.
As long as the public at large think that being a star in Hollywood (especially a child star) is a fairytale and don't know the horrors, and as long as the industry itself keeps covering up the filth, these people will continue to take advantage of anybody they can.
I know a lot of stories that I don't like to share because I didn't witness them myself and I can't vouch for their total veracity, and I hate the idea of falsely accusing someone of something they didn't actually do.
But Himmmm seems legitimate. I don't know who he is, but I sense sincerity.

Okay, so Drew & Ryan film "Irreconcilable Differences" together in 1984. Drew is 10 years old and Ryan is 43. At this point, Drew is going to Club 54, smoking, and drinking. Presumably they kept in touch.
When she is 13 she is sent to rehab. So sometime in her 12-13th year, when Ryan is 45, he abuses her, impregnates her, and throws her out.
That would have been in 1988, but according to IMDB, Ryan was working pretty steadily in TV from 1988 until the early 2000s.
Ryan's parents were both involved in Hollywood, which might work with the pedigree mention.
But I don't know who the second actress is.
Maybe it was Ryan O'Neal with someone else?

@himmmmmm thanks as always. We can do the sleuthing if we want but I don't care so much to know the identity of these victims as much as I care about who did it and got away with it. Shocker, RFO, who does seem destined for a particularly awful hell. With the people you list he's pissed off and his resume it's not too hard to figure out who it is if you want.

Yeah, Enty has said he'll skew timelines a bit, so I think this might be the case here. Ryan (Fuckhead) O'Neal works with Barrymore, which is horrific. It truly makes my skin crawl. It also makes me wonder what the fuck Farrah Fawcett was doing with him... She had to know what a shitbag he was.

Maybe I'm reading into it, but she sort of claims that we SHOULD NOT believe anyone who is an 'anonymous' source on blogs because it's beneath common sense. That's what I got from it. Anyway, maybe again it's just me.. but it struck me as odd, that she's commenting on this, doesn't it?

@ CJ - Ryan O'Neal does have credits all the way through, but there's some small gaps and a fairly precipitous drop in the quality. Credits go from mainstream theatrical releases to TV movies, TV guest spots, and oft short lived TV series. There's also the fact that films can be in the can for several years before they are released. Let's hear what Himmmm has to say about it.

I have a really really hard time thinking this is Benicio Del Toro and if it is, I will be extremely disappointed. I've always loved him. I seem to remember a blind item (reveal?) about him being a very generous lover if you know what I mean.. Well...Benicio was doing quite a bit of work until 2009. In 2009, he didn't do anything. 2010 he only had 1 credited role. In 2011...nothing. He's now just getting roles again. I also still consider him a B actor. He's also considered an excellent and talented actor. I'm assuming this all took place between 2006 - 2008 in order for him to be exiled from movies in 2009 (they usually cast and film a movie 1 year before its release).
He has a rep for being a pig in Hollywood. The elevator incident with Scarlett, getting What's his name's daughter preggers.
Now...what young actress was just hitting it big in 2006 - 2007?
Also, what B-/C actress did he date. He was linked to Catherine Keener in 2008.
Joaquin Phoenix is another guess, but he just went nuts and filmed that movie with Casey.

All I can say is that Ryan Fuckhead Oneal is even more of an idiot than I thought if he pissed off all the many major players in the industry that Himmmm listed. Pedigree refers to ancestry, not a resume. I understand the need to word things in order to not be obvious but if completely wrong words are used, what's the point in guessing?
There's been discussion on "barely a teen" and what that means but the sentence before says "very underage." That's not 18-19, that's 12-14.

Something really awful has to happen to make you turn to drugs & alcohol at such an age.
Also, there aren't many actresses who have such powerful connections at that age & it's clear in the blind that her family didn't play a role - so it was really a personal connection. Steven Spielberg can absolutely blacklist anyone in Hollywood and he strikes me as the type to step in and not turn a blind eye.
As an aside, I have been shocked with these tidbits of pedophilia going on Hollywood and I think that they got away with it bc spreading the word was more difficult without the technology and networking we have today. These men should be hung in the town square and be made an example of - send the message that it won't be tolerated and think twice before you cross a line.

@ Himmmmmm I'm really sorry for all the shit you've been through. Hollywood is starting to seem like a really frightening place. I grew up watching Dan Schneider shows, for example, and now I won't watch iCarly or Victorious with my kid because it's just too disturbing to think about. I grew up in a family where horrible things happen to young girls and people stay quiet about it. It always makes me glad when someone speaks out. Ignore whoever said you should have kept your trap shut.

I am not surprised at all to hear it’s Ryan O’Neal, that man has had a reputation for being an utter monster for years. While the actor in question may be Ryan O'Neal and the wild child may be Drew, I can't see them fitting into the same timeline. Around the time they made Irreconcilable Differences, O'Neal was pretty heavy with Farrah Fawcett so I can't see him actually moving someone else in, even though it was only for a month or so.
I do think if it is O'Neal that Melanie Griffith does fit better though she was also dating and married Don Johnson around that time period too. Anjelica Huston would also be a great guess for the other actress.

I've spent many a rainy Saturday trying to see if I could figure out Enty's identity, but ultimately I figured there's no point, because I would never do anything with my suspicions. I did the same with himmmmm, but I did not want to personally engage in online speculation, because it draws too much attention (and maybe the wrong kind) to the blog. I understand the curiousity, but I don't want to see a bunch of drama ruin the site either :)
I, for one, would like to know the identity of himmmmm because then what himmmmm says is legitimate. Until then, it's all just(good) story telling.
I'm usually a lurker, too, and have lurked every day for years now with the occasional comment to defend Enty from one thing or another. Now that I figured out this stupid comment section that is all wonked today, I'll say that you guys are KILLING ME because I need to leave work and go home, yet I'm sitting here looking at guesses to this blind. Also, waiting with baited breath for Himmmm to show back up :) I'm glad he's outing douchebags. Makes me just a *little* less jaded about those Hollywood-types. :)

long time reader, first time poster.
This has been an incredible few weeks on this site. I was gagging for MV; I was gagging for Timmy/Shimmy; but this recent series of unfortunate reveals? This has even my male friends gagging and apologizing profusely for making fun of me for "wasting time" on this site.
I want to thank Enty for all the hard work done on this site. I want to thank the commenters for guessing along (and sometimes confirming my hypotheses). And just in case this next reveal causes a sudden vanishing off the planet for a while, I want to thank Himmmm for being brave/crazy enough to pull open the curtain and let the sunlight, that best of disinfectants, in on the shady world of Hollywood.

The 'Himmmm' situation reminds me of the old Bowienet site. David Bowie would come into chat or post on the boards and we'd all pretend we didn't know who he was (isolar, sailor, etc.) so we didn't scare him off with a barrage of questions.
We were always grateful for his time but we never pushed it. :)

Holy hell, did Himmmm's return to the CDAN comments a few weeks ago prompt an oomph in guessing and sleuthing! Great stuff, everyone. Enty's blinds have been much stronger since Himmm's resurgence, too. They've usually been enjoyable (but more often than not involved D-list famewhores and blah behaviour) and weren't too long. The last few ones have been consistently detailed and EXPLOSIVE. That's what I call a worthy BI :).

Tatum out herself here in a book she wrote? Just how many kids did this guy mess with, and why didn't the police go get him when she did. How does Jack Nickcrap get away with all this abuse as well and are they swapping kids , girls and probably boy's too now I am thinking as well as adults.
