Bobbi Kristina Quit Tyler Perry Show
Bobbi Kristina blew the biggest acting break she was ever going to get. Not having to audition and still getting a recurring role on a fairly popular hit show being run by Tyler Perry is a big deal. Walking off the show and quitting is a bigger deal, but that is exactly what Bobbi did. Radar is reporting that Bobbi walked off last week and the pressure is getting to be too much for her. I think her problem is that she is having all of these things thrust at her so fast and has gone from a little limelight to a ton of limelight and is probably coping in a way that is not healthy. I thought her family cared for her, but I think everyone is looking out for themselves and what pieces of the pie they can get. It was the same after Michael Jackson died but his siblings had already perfected the art of squeezing fame out of nothing. Whitney's family has not really done that and need someone to leech off so they put Bobbi out there.

Good. I'm sure the show will be better off without her and she'll be better off without the show.
I am sure that this girl was never taught a thing about professionalism. I'm guessing she was taut all about entitlement and how to score crack.
I can't begin to imagine what her childhood must have been like living with 2 substance abuse addicted parents, she never had a chance and her extended family seems to only be interested in how much they can maker off of her, so I don't think people should expect normal behavior from her.
Oh my. I am so shocked. She has wonderful decision making skills and would never do anything without good reason.

Did she walk off the show because she has no talent? Just because she has famous parents doesn't mean shit. I can understand if Perry was trying to help her out, but why not give her a JOB on the crew or something along those lines? What has she done professionally to warrant a free pass to a TV job? But then again, Perry is putting Karcuntian in one of his movies so that says a lot right there. If they don't get this kid into therapy, they'll be putting her into a casket.
How about the people in her life encouraging her to take some time and grieve and take care of herself after her mothers death. I can't imagine things moving so fast around me if my mom passed away. Granted, she's young and may 'feel better' just being able to put it into high gear and numb everything out, but you have to deal with it eventually. I feel for her!

I don't think that her grandmother is a leech. but she's too young and her mother just died and she is just trying to cope.
I think people are forgetting she's not a kid. She's a grown woman and nobody can *make* her do anything. She's screwed.
I agree with Ms Cool. I highly doubt she was ever taught how to earn anything and work hard. She probably didn't like being told what time to show up and being put on a schedule.
That's just my guess, I have no clue.
I'm on Team anita_mark here. Once again -- this is what happens when you don't educate your daughters. I hope the split was relatively amicable, both between her and Perry personally and between their respective teams. This is not a man you want as an enemy.

her mother didn't teach her any life skills. she needs to go learn some but I'm afraid the family will keep pressuring her and she'll end up just like her mommy.
Just a guess but perhaps Tyler Perry wouldn't allow drugs on the set and she found this was unacceptable to her.
unless you have a photographic memory. Memorizing lines is not easy. Saying you want to be an actress all day and doing the work are two different things.
Not only did she grow up with 2 addicted parents but they had all the $$$ an addict could dream of so in some ways she had it more intense than if she grew up in the projects. She probably has no idea what it means to go to work to earn $$ and then decide how much goes toward living expenses and how much is left to party with. They never ran out of drug and had to think creatively on how to earn more so she's screwed.
that is why all these fame whores like reality shows. They don't have to memorize lines, they just ad lib scenarios the producers throw out to them. It is just them being glamorized for being idiots. That is what she should stick to, idiot tv.
I can imagine the Tyler Perry Studio runs the sitcoms like a machine. You work work work, no dicking around.

I hope this isn't the latest in a string of self-destructive actions on her part. As others have said, the girl would need a backbone of steel and some fabulous mentors to get past her upbringing.

I agree w anita and ms cool and anyone else who chalks this up to her not having any idea what hard work is about. Whitney gave her a $1,000 a week allowance. That's obscene and insane.
Tyler Perry didn't need her on his show to make it a success. But I suspect she was showing up wasted & got schooled on her unprofessional behavior. Since no one has ever acted as a responsible parent to her before, & had expectations.. she walked off in a huff.

@Denise I thought the same thing, the only resemblance I see is maybe her eyebrows. Not nearly as stunning as her mother by a long shot.
Well Tyler Perry has blasted this as total BS saying leave Bobbi Kristina alone. She didn't walk off the set, she did just fine and they've finished shooting the season already. It's on that asshole Sandra Rose's site

I have never been a Tyler Perry fan, but he is an incredible human being. He is looking out for BK more than anyone else it seems like. Maybe he will be the one who gets her to rehab?
On another note - I believe this was just in the local news - but TP was driving home one of his sports cars and thought someone was following him. He did an illegal turn - to lose the tail - and it turns out it was the cops. Didn't have ID on him and he wasn't recognized. Somehow it turned out okay, but I believe the cops were treating him like a thief...

Did anyone else watch "Being Bobby Brown," years ago? From what I remember, Bobby's other kids were actually pretty normal & nice kids (surprise!!).
Yet BK was always whining, lying (saying the picture of her obviously snorting coke wasn't "what it looked like" last year ring a bell?) self entitled (she actually thinks she can sing now?) & nasty in behavior & appearance.
Just like with LaLohan, it's easy to blame the parents for how kids turn out but I know a few people who grew up with worse parents in worse conditions than these two could ever imagine & turned out decent people.
