Well, it took long enough for them to finally admit it, but Vanessa Paradis & Johnny Depp officially confirmed they have ended their 14 year relationship. I guess they were holding on and wanted to make the announcement on their time and not tabloid time.

I agree with you Enty that hey wanted to make the announcement in their own time. Which makes sense, why respond to a ravening p.r beast demanding information, just wait for it all to cool down and do it your own way. Don't push the river.

So yesterday showed Vanessa Paradis looking pretty much the thinnest I've ever seen a celeb look. Straight up at least 3/4 inches separating her thighs and an overall 8 year old physic. Looking at the two of them here, Johnny doesnt look THAT much bigger than her. Which leads me to belive dude is TINYYYYY.

@Mango They were never married so the best she can hope for is child support. I'm not sure of the laws in France but she might be eligible for common law status. In that case she can take whatever the law allows.

It's sad that they're splitting. In Hwood terms they've been together for eons. I feel the worst for the kids. It's always hard on them no matter how amicable the divorce is. :(
Not surprised, but sad...mostly for the kids. I hope the rumor about him and the Olsen isn't true, but they certainly look like his type. He loves the slim tiny women.
If the kids are America citizens, or even American-French dual nationality, she can file for child support under US law. Not sure in what state she could file. Presumably CA (LA County), which of course caps CS awards.
Johnny has a very lucrative relationship with The Mouse, so he'll cut her a nice CS deal that'll make suing for CS moot. Mouse don't like deadbeat dads.
JD may be a db to his women, but I hear he's a great dad. Great dads don't usually have to be hounded to provide support. Especially loaded ones like him.
French divorce laws are awful doubt they recognize common law. She does have her own money - she's pretty famous there. Of course not like Johnny's, but even if he screws her (which I doubt) she's be OK.

My hands are average for a female who is 5'6", but Johnny Depp's hand prints at Planet Hollywood dwarfed mine. I was soooo disppointed! He is indeed tiny, and if that saying is true about tiny hands...
