Reader #6 here! @Jamie, I started exercising 2-3 times weekly and I cut down on sugar. That first week was incredibly difficult, but now I'm gearing up for my first 5K run and I'm super excited!!

Thank you so much! I just remember someone making a comment the other day that they didn't want to send their photo in this year because last year they didn't get any comments. I have a pretty healthy self-esteem (my parents were awesome), but I thought my feelings would be hurt too if nobody said anything about my photo. So hence my daily weigh-ins! I see beauty everywhere and I'm happy to give my peeps a shout-out!
