This A+ list all movie actress has been out of the public eye for about a month. She had some botched plastic surgery to her face and had to have a procedure to correct it. She is going to be ok now, but she was a mess for a few weeks.

Does anyone watch 'Episodes?' That show is actually hilarious. One of the characters, Morning, who plays an actress on the show (it's a show within a show type of setup) gets cheek implants, one of which falls out of place, leaving her face mangled. Hilarity ensues. I never thought Matt LeBlanc would be able to move past his Joey days, but he's shockingly good on the show.

Hemingway & Gellhorn was essentially a movie, so I wouldn't rule out Kidman. Theron was just all over the place promoting Prometheus.

Renee Z. wouldn't really be A+ anymore unless she was doing another Bridget Jones sequel...which she is, so that makes her a very good guess.
If so, it was a stupid move. Her features are so distinctive that any plastic surgery was bound to be noticeable.

Yes!! I didn't think I'd like Episodes, but from the very first season, I was hooked. I'm right there w/ you about LeBlanc. Luckily though, it's a GREAT cast! Love the British couple. They have me in stitches.
Sidenote: I also didn't think I'd dig Lisa Kudrow's Web Therapy, had to watch it a few times to "get it." Now that I have...it's friggin' hilarious!

This blind is unrealistic. Unless the surgeon said straight away that he botched it, whether a procedure is botched wouldn't be determined until the swelling goes down. Depending on what was done, that's anywhere from a week to six, at minimum. Plus, NO surgeon would reopen a surgery site for at least 6-8 weeks, as it will cause an infection 100% of the time. At which time, again, whether the person is looking better wouldn't be determined until after the swelling decreases. So, best case scenario, unless we saw this person in between procedures, they'd have to be out of the public eye for MONTHS, not ONE.

Agreed and I've had a rhinoplasty and otoplasty. (nose ears). Maybe the Dr noticed something was wrong in the follow up but no Dr in his right mind would risk his practice, slicing up your face again to fix his mistake in under a month.. plus she would still look busted for even longer.
Yes for a major surgery maybe but what about a Botox or fillers "botch" where they get a droopy eye or lumpy lips...about a month would be the right recovery time & for them to inject more for the "fix"

Non idea, but it's been more than a few weeks since we have seen Renee Z. Come to think of if, does she even work anymore? Last I knew about her was that whole Bradly Cooper drama, and she can't have been working if she decided to follow him to France while he was filming or something.
