Baby panic hits women at about 30 and men at about 40. I know more couples who rushed to finally marry before the bride's 31st birthday. And some sort of instinct tells the male "players" that the boyish charm looks silly coming from a 40 year old man. Plus they want to take a kid to sporting events. So it's baby time. Good for him.
