Michael Madsen Blows A .20
What is the current record for celebrity intoxication? I know there have been very few who have blown a .20 when pulled over by the police. Michael Madsen did just that yesterday when he was pulled over in Malibu at 3pm by police for driving erratically. Yes, that's right. When you are an actor you get drunk in the middle of the day on a Wednesday and then drive around Malibu trying to remember who you are and where you are going. It was so bad that police took Madsen to the hospital instead of to jail. Michael is quietly sneaking up the celebrity arrest ladder too so DMX needs to look out.

I just watched Reservoir Dogs for the first time and Madsen was f-ing HOT in that movie. Even if he was bugshit crazy.

Addicton is an asshole! He was soooo hot in his prime. Thelma & Louise was on cable a couple of weeks ago & I was knocked out all over again by his HOTNESS! So masculine, confident & cool. Now, kinda sad.

@dia papaya, I don't know if that movie would make it to post production. That many train wrecks in one location would probably cause the set to explode. The blooper reel would be amazing, though.

@Alicia, yes...back in 2008 or 2009 he borrowed $1mil from Tarantino. He also borrowed $25k from Pierce Brosnan.

I think I would watch it! Especially for all the bloopers. I know it sounds mean to profit off their destruction and addiction. Non snarky me hopes they all end up in jail to protect innocent pedestrians and drivers and bar patrons everywhere.

If I blew a .20 I'd be on a ventilator. Amazing how continued alcohol abuse increases tolerance levels.
@dia papaya, I just read the post about TMZ following Amanda Bynes around all day and catching her driving her car (with suspended license) while smoking pot. Now they just need to get the other 3 and you'll have your show.
He has an explanation people!!! The breathalyzer is flawed, he was perfectly sober! And if he says it, it must be true!!

@ Susan B, I worked criminal defense for a couple years, highest BAL I saw was .36. He was s career alcoholic. Not sure how he was even alive.
Geez, I have had the hots for him forever. Honestly, I'd still nail him, given the chance. I just wish he'd get his act together. He is mega sexy and talented, and there is something so edgy and dark about him. I'm not normally into the bad boys, but he presses all my buttons. Have any of you ever heard Kathy Griffin tell her Madsen story? It's hilarious.

He is a truly nice guy. Hoping he gets help. Some people's demons are the reason -behind- the addictions, not just he addictions.
It's not just actors- my dad spent his vacation getting hammered at home and driving to every fast food place in a 15 mile radius.
I like some of his movies but i missed the memo about him being hot! I just dont see it!
@netta- for me it was when he was younger. Like I said above, he just screamed hot bad boy. Now, not so much. I do love his voice for some reason though.

Crimes Against Bacon .36 was the highest you ever saw? I am a Former Criminal Prosecutor, sometimes we would play parlor game after hours, highest BAC, I always would win. .44, Great story, guy was pulled over for driving too slowly, cause he knew he was drunk,trying to be careful.
Gets out of the car, stumbles down a ravine. Comes back up,urinates on State Trooper, passes out.Would always say most have been like a wow moment when rep from Public Defender's Office keeps correcting him,no you did not take a piss in front of the Trooper, you pissed all over the State Trooper. Addiction is addiction, these guys would go thru rehab 20 times, just a revolving door. Public would go crazy when they hit & kill someone, why didn't we revoke their license? Answer:we did years ago, license gone, job gone, wife gone, they just spiral down. No simple answer to how to fix problem.Hope MM pulls out of it before it is too late.
Was a paralegal (left with most of my sanity in tact) and did 2 yrs criminal defense at the end. I'm sure if I stuck around long enough I'd have a higher number to share. I agree, it's a horrid downward spiral.

Oh, I specialized in prosecution of child abuse, sex offenses: mostly incest & pedophiles. That was why we played BAC parlor games, topics to keep my mind off the baby that was tortured every single day, limbs broken, eyes blackened, until finally dead, not even yet 6 months old; her naked body was tossed in local State Park like trash by her very own biological mother.
I did not leave with my sanity intact. Your explanation re: calculation of BAC was of course, correct.
