Chris Brown & Drake Don't Get Into Trouble For Club Brawl

Despite the entire world knowing that Chris Brown and Drake started a nightclub brawl in New York earlier this year that left several people injured and Tony Parker almost blind in one eye, the police say there is not enough evidence to charge the pair with any crimes. That is such crap. If it had been two regular people they would still be in jail and facing all kinds of charges. I am not sure what it takes to actually get charged with a crime if you are a celebrity unless you are Lindsay Lohan. She gets charged all the time, it is just nothing happens to her. Drake & Chris Brown were arguing about who would get to have sex with Rihanna that night. Neither did that night, but Chris had sex with her Thanksgiving night and then probably called his girlfriend to come over.

as a new yorker, i'm really embarassed by this. Usually, the DA doesn't care who anyone is. But with the blurry video and everbody telling a different story I think their hands were tied to prosecute anyone.

There's still Tony Parker's lawsuit out there...

I thought Tony's lawsuit was against the club not Chris and Drake.

The two of them probably covered all the damages to the club, and then the club owners probably told the cops they didn't want to press charges. So the cops' hands were probably tied.

Where I'm from the pigs hands are always tied by incompetence and apathy

Sorry you're so resentful of law and order, @plrtz. But like Timebob said, without hard evidence of who threw what there's not a lot they can do.

So, who pays for the damages?

When I look at "Drake" all I ever see is Jimmy Brooks. Will never be able to separate the two.
