I'll second Hayden given that she's always a blind favorite, and given Himmm's outing of her family history and background. How can she not be into something illicit with that kind of past and present? Girl needs alot of quality therapy.

Maybe I am wrong, but isn't it standard operating procedure for celebrities to get their prescriptions in another name to protect their privacy? Look what happened when everyone found out Paris had a scrip of Valtrex in her name. I wouldn't want some pharmacist blabbing about my meds to anyone who offers money.

"i love you beth cooper" is her most recent mainstream flick. but she is more known for heros, and now, nashville. since her current job is on tv, this would be an appropriate, albeit vague, way to describe her.
as for a blind guess, there are probably many individuals that have been in this situation before.

Prescriptions need to be under your own legal name, ESPECIALLY controlled medications. It is a felony to be caught in the posession of class 2 medications that are not under your name on the bottle. Class 2's are all the good stuff, painkillers, narcotics, etc. Class 2's are also coke, heroin, ecstacy, and shrooms. It's the same as being caught with one of those, if your name isn't on the bottle. Your name has to be on that stuff in order to keep track of what your getting and you're not supposed to get multiple scripts from different doctors. For the obvious reasons. The only reason to do that under different names and different docs is to hide the fact that you're getting alot of the same drug/class. Which speaks to addiction. I used to work for an addiction treatment practice. There's also a newish federal system which allows your doctor to search under your name to see every drug you've been filling and any/all doctors prescribing to you. It's also a federal crime under HIPAA to release anyone's medical information to anyone but the patient and punishable with heavy fines/firing, even accidental.
If Hayden is ruled out for movies then so should Amanda Bynes. Bynes was actually a top billed, above the title headliner on multiple movies which is a big deal. So if Hayden is ruled out for Scream 4 or Remember the Titans then Amanda should be ruled out for What a Girl Wants, She's the Man and other films.
I'd say one of those new Beverly Hills broads.

Grimes is exploring photography right now. She's focusing on that more than acting right now. Probably not relevant, but just felt like I should throw that out there...lol
I don't think this is Hayden ... she's actually a fairly solid actress IMO. Yes she has major issues, but she also has talent.

"Celebrities' are not exempt from the laws/rules/regulations of having meds in their own names. HIPAA is supposed to protect the information from getting out. 'Supposed to' being the key words here. The only reasons celebs do it otherwise is to protect their reputation, should they get busted, or to protect themselves so they can continue to get the meds (too many meds from the same doc= no meds). Hotel rooms are different, since there is no regulations on that. :)
