She wants him fired because she is jealous of all the attention he is getting and he can't believe how much she tries to stab him in the back and how nasty she is when the cameras are turned off. I am not sold on my guesses, but Enty calls them celebrities (and not actors) on a tv show. These folks are either reality "stars" or hosts like Khloe and Mario Lopez (I'm just going to keep guessing until something sticks)

I thought Zooey and Max too, but in a Random Photos Enty hinted that Kelly and Michael didn't like eachother. I think Kelly liked him in the beginning, but he definitely outshines her on the show. She's like an afterthought when guests come on and swoon over him, male and female.
I like Borg Queen's guess! And yes I do remember Enty revealing one about Nathan Fillion yelling at the crew that she's an unprofessional xyz. I remember this because I like Nathan Fillion, he's so aw shucks, hotty next door, humble. Le sigh.... anyhoodle I remember him doing a similar thing to his female castmaste/love interest on firefly, by miming that she'd had too much too drink to the cameraman. But this could also go for Michael STrahan and Ripa. Or Matt Lauer and whatever piece of ass is sitting next to him. I say piece of ass because that's how he treats and hires them.

@Wendy, I agree. I love BBT and have had a soft spot for Kaley Cuoco since 8 Simple Rules so I'd hate this to be her, but she doesn't fit anyway. The show would be gone completely if Jim Parsons was fired so she'd be out of a job, too. Not them.

I want to believe that so many people are wrong about Ms Katic because they simply don't know her but let me tell you that she's one of the sweetest, most humble person I've ever had the chance to work with. The Castle set is one of the most pleasant out there.
This is not Cuoco and Parsons. When they were reading out the nominees for Parsons' category at the GG's she cheered - she was also the only BBT cast member at the table with him that I could see. I'm pretty sure they are friends.
