She recently split with a guy after they had sex for the first time. She told one of her friends that when they were having sex he said, "I can't believe I'm having sex with_______." Yeah, he confused her with one of her friends.

I'm guessing Mel C. since she has the same first name as Mel B. and I always thought that look-wise (not style-wise), she and posh were the most similar. So I could see her easily getting confused for either of them.
