This former B list mix of television and movies actress who is now an A list head case has been stalking this C list celebrity for weeks. The crazy wigs and makeup and other disguises are her attempt to follow the celebrity 24/7. She even bought a place next to his place just so she could spy on him more. When she shows up at the place next to his she comes in character. She honestly thinks he has no idea. The guy says that when he sees the actress he has a tough time not laughing like crazy. Apparently they had sex a few months ago and she models herself after Rose on Two And A Half Men.

Although leave out the TV & movie stuff and it sounds like Taylor Swift.
Isn't she renting? Just moved because landlord tried to evict- she wouldn't close her door or stop hot boxing her apartment.

@shiny: Rose is a character that stalked Charlie Sheen's character: tapping his phone, sneaking into his house, when things were missing it was her, etc etc. Everytime Charlie was in a relationship drama she 'helped' by sabotaging it even more, etc. In short: Psycho/ Glenn Close in Fatal Attraction xD
I am guessing Rose McGowan btw. Eventhough I love her, Enty has hinted towards some crazy stuff she does and she wears wigs a lot. No idea about the celeb, wild guess (prolly not) Marilyn Manson?

She wishes! As much as I hate Charlie, I have stopped to watch 2.5 Men a few times while channel surfing because I love Melanie Lynskey just that much. (And Conchata Ferrell is pretty awesome too. They should've dumped the men and made it 2.5 women, with Berta raising her grandbaby, and Sara Rue could've stopped by from time to time!)
@shiny - Did you see "Single White Female?" Think of Jennifer Jason Leigh in that movie and that will give you an idea of Rose.
She's definitely barking nuts, personal experience, also Julia Roberts, but they are both A list, I assume...?

Rose was THE best thing about Two and a Half Men. That Kiwi chick is awesome at playing a nutcase. She and Kate Winslet were in Heavenly Creatures together about a million years ago.
