Not one, but two different women embarrassed the celebrity in front of his wife. She knows he cheated but he swears that he is through with it.

The suggestion of Bobby Flay made me think of Gordon Ramsey, who is certainly on countless TV shows and is known for cheating. But, Enty might refer to him as "foreign," so maybe not.
