This former A list mostly movie actor has not been doing as much lately. A high profile divorce and a lack of enthusiasm about some of his pitches for new movies have left him in a funk. Of course, that funk does not extend to him taking time off from having orgies with three of his favorite guys and also making his female significant other also be there. He likes to watch her with others. He has given up on having sex with her. His marriage taught him to just be honest with his partner at the beginning.

Eddie is exec producing a TV version of Beverly Hills Cop, with himself as the grizzled old detective and a young actor as the smart-ass rookie.
I don't think it's Eddie Murphy. Just doesn't fit as well as I'd like it to. Also the "3 favorite guys" part sounds like a clue.
@FSP you love throwing RDJ's name in ther dontcha. LOL. Even though it sounds like it could fit him, I highly doubt it. The Blind says former A List and right now RDJ has been deemed A+ by Enty. Blind about A+ actor donating money to movie theater and paying for rehab for drug addicts was revealed to be RDJ. Plus RDJ's pitches for new movies are going well. He won the movie rights to Charles Brooker's " Black Mirror" which he beat out George Clooney. Iron Man 3 is going to be big this year. He will be starring with Jack Nicholson in "The Judge" and Pinocchio is also in the works. They have also been giving the Green light on Sherlock Holmes 3. Plus I don't see him and Susan divorcing anytime soon. But damn this blind sounds so hot.

Oh my I seem to be unable to make up my mind today. After re reading this and giving this some serious thought I can't decide between Eddie Murphy or Tom Cruise. Tom Cruise fits best with the divorce from Kate and not much going on, but I wouldnt say that he's a former A list. Eddie gives me a better gut feeling, hes better known for being with men, doesnt seem to have much happening in his career and him I would actually call former A list. Quaid out of the running for me, unless the 3 fave guys are his 3 fave male pals cus I don't think he would sway from the ladies..
Clooney, in movies now, was in TV early in his career. His marraige to Talia S taught him to be up front about his desires but he likes a lady around for amusement.

I'm baffled that most you seem to think this is Eddie Murphy because of his taste for transsexuals and thinking liking trans girls is the same thing as liking a guy. Some of you people amaze me. Most gay men aren't into transsexuals and most men who are into transsexuals wouldn't exactly get an erection looking at Jean Claude Van Damme or any man for that matter. Eddie is a chaser, no doubt but I've heard nothing from the scene with him about dudes in that way, other than stupid rumors about him and Johnny Gill.
With this type of logic I should probably tell my gay friend dating the trans man that he obviously really has hetero leanings since his boyfriend wasn't born a dude.

You may want to rethink those "stupid rumors" of him and JG. Where did they come from? And Eddie liking transsexuals = GAY for the record. Trannys = MALE regardless of the dress. His interest is in men, in a dress or otherwise. Your post is terribly naive.

Hmmmm, former A List, high profile divorce... sounds like Spencer Tracy or Humphrey Bogart.
But all those mentions of "funk" and the cries of "Eddie Murphy!" from the CDaN gallery brought to mind that scene in Trading Places in which Eddie throws a party at the Winthorp's townhouse and "Do you wanna FUNK" is blasting on the stereo.

I find it hard to believe that EM would have difficulty getting work. He could always pitch some comedy and work. He's golden as far as that goes. Also, why would a gay man divorce his wife after fathering five kids only to father three more kids with three different women? Why would he go on to have some sort of civil union/ living together arrangement with another woman? Isn't the whole point of being gay to be with a man?
@FlirtyChick74 The lengths some of the closeted hollywood stars go to keep their secrets is just ridiculous. I imagine they just get told by agents,publicists,and hangers on that they'll lose alot of box office appeal if they're outed. Especially in the bible belt.
EM has trouble selling himself in films because of his well-deserved rep for being IMPOSSIBLE to work with. Ego out of control--the STAH, the whole 9 yards.
When I see his early comedy (like "Delirious"), it's sad because he used to lampoon Hollywood types, but he sure did become one as soon as the opportunity presented!
