This former almost A list mostly movie actress who has a little bit of crazy in her had a very famous boyfriend back in the day. He was not A list at the time but is now. Back then he was just a really good looking guy with a love of heroin. So much so that the actress says that he got her hooked. He managed to quit but she still has to take methadone several times a week and has refused to talk to the actor for years.

She seems damaged, and Johnny is one of the few top stars who was less famous when he was young.

I think Depp always had a more 'heroin' body. Brad got famous by being HEALTHY.
My only hesitation with Winona is that she was definitely A-list back in the day. But who knows with Enty's ratings? It's a good guess.
(Smacks forehead) Duh, I forgot that Juliette also dated Johnny Depp while they made What's Eating Gilbert Grape. And I've heard him say in interviews that he can't watch that movie, because he was on so much heroin at the time he made it. He doesn't like to remember that time period

Im kinda with @ VIP blonde- brad in Kalifornia and Thelma&Louise looked like he may like the hard stuff-I think you can still look hot and do heroin,and if he had the ability to get off it, he probly had the ability to maintain some sense of normalcy while using. And remember, these are actors- The top of the line actors, so whoever it is could pull it together when needed. (ACTING!) It kind of bothers me tho, that this is written in the way "He got her hooked"- I mean, what about personal accountability? ...I don't fall for the "He made me do it" shtick

Rosie R I agree with what you said about actors pulling it together when needed. We know what a hot mess RDJ was back then but it never affected his acting jobs. He was always on set on time and put in great performances even when he was high. Im thinking Brad for this one.

Some people CAN do heroin just a little and never get addicted. I went to grad school with a guy who did heroin while writing his dissertation, which was so good it won major awards and was published as a book. Then he just said "that was fun, but I'm done with heroin" and that was that.
That said, I vote Juliette Lewis and Brad Pitt. She's def a bit craycray.

I always go back to the 3 top crazies I've had encounters with-Ashley Judd, Halle Berry, Julia Roberts. But, JR is more crazy in the "I think im special, of course I am, I can't remember before stardom." The other two, straight up reg crazy.
Why is she still taking methadone if he was "back in the day"? methadone is not supposed to be a permanent solution - and, ugh, why would you want to?
Plus, other people don't get you addicted to heroin, YOU get yourself addicted to heroin. Please. Own your own problems, girl, and then maybe you'll be able to move on
