Nina Agdal Steps In As Prom Date After Kate Upton Bailed

I don't think I will ever forgive Kate Upton for bailing as the prom date of Jake Davidson. It is not that she had to go to the prom with him, because obviously she didn't. The thing is she used the publicity surrounding his invitation for her own uses and totally exploited the situation for herself. That was the not cool part. Luckily for Jake, there was another Sports Illustrated model who was happy to step in. Nina Agdal went to prom with Jake and they looked good together.

Li said...: I don't get how Kate used it as publicity. This kid made a video asking her out, it went viral. He gets on the Today show and they tried to force her to commit to going with him and she was smart to give him a maybe ( you could tell she didn't want to go but felt obligated to say maybe). She politely declined later.

Sorry but you can't force somene to go out with you. What he did was nothing short of blackmail. Any celebrity that says no ends up looking bad.; 12:31 PM

The parents were absolutely thrilled she had agreed to go with the kid. I think they lived on Staten Island. I was a bit surprised the school agreed to it because of her age and occupation.; 1:48 PM
