That picture of Tara is the hot mess express. Those three bows? So oddly placed, leathery skin, dry hair. She looks like a scarecrow. My friends were in Vegas a couple years ago driving on the strip and they said this dumbass drunk girl stumbled out into the road in front of their car. They slammed on the brakes, she slammed on the hood of their car and they realized it was Tara. I guess she cussed them out and told them to watch where they were going and then someone who was with her pretty much carried her out of the street. I always thought that story was so funny. And Also just sad.
