I think he's the obvious guess, but I'm pretty sure he was both an A list actor and is now an A list director...

I think it might be Ben Stiller. He's filming Zoolander 2, & probably why he has access to someone like Bar Refeli, maybe she cameo's.
I love Jon F... but that's a damn good guest. He had that guest stint on Friends and was hilarious...

Affleck is a good choice but he has an oscar, maybe Enty is ranking him in comparison to other actors turned directors like Ben Stiller, George Clooney, Mel Gibson, etc.
Affleck is a known cheater that is for sure, as for the model, I dont know maybe Miranda Kerr she is known for cheating at Orlando with Leo Dicaprio and many others.
Well hell it HAS to be a Leo castoff. He only dates models, doesn't keep them and is surely A+ list. But is Peter Berg B list? Also seems like he gave up acting a long time ago. Off to Google who Bar is now dating.

Jon Favreau, Ben Stiller and Ben Affleck are A-list directors. Favreau directed the first two Iron Man films. And Stiller is A-list as an actor.
Edward Burns started out as a screenwriter and director who was also an actor. He directed both The Brothers McMullen and She's The One before being cast in Saving Private Ryan. And his early films as a director were much better than what he does now.
Peter Berg may be a great guess. He did a few good films (Friday Night Lights, even Hancock).
I'd like to add to the mix Bobcat Goldwaith, who has a few credentials as a director (World's Best Dad, God Bless America).
Nick Cassavetes, who's married and currently directing a movie with Kate Upton and Cameron Diaz. He was a mostly movie actor before switching over to directing. And I think he's B-list.
Peter Berg currently isn't married and was known for his tv acting, eg. Chicago Hope, before switching to directing. Had very few movie roles of any note as an actor.
Costner. Men who are playas in their youth are played when they're older.
Favreau is A-list because of Swingers and Iron Man I & II, and he's also pretty overweight. Not saying he can't get a model, but I like the Nick Cassavetes guess more. Is Kate Upton a VS model? Even if she's not, she could be the gateway to the VS model he's with.
When I think of A-list directors, I think Spielberg, Cameron, and Nolan. Yes, perhaps Affleck now. B list actor turned director? Favreau def fits, as does Stiller.
Ryan Phillipe has directed two movies. They've gotten good reviews. And, he's a known cheatin' ho. Just saying.
Edward Burns is one of those guys that when he appears on screen I really want to punch him in the nose. Wipe that smug look off his face. And the movies he directs? He is like John Cassavetes blander son.
