This former A list mostly movie actress had a nasty breakup with her significant other who is also an actor not that long ago. When they first split she would call and text him non-stop saying she was about to kill herself. Twice she told him she had swallowed pills and was ready to die. The first few times this happened her ex would come running over or tell a family member to go over and check on the actress. Most of the time she was fine. On two different occasions she had taken pills and needed a doctor, but it was kept quiet. It was thought the actress needed rehab. The actress still calls her ex but now gets ignored. Her ex has given up on talking to the actress ever again and now her friends think she is one bad day or night away from really taking her life.

I sincerely hope she's moved on, now. I hate to see a woman crumple like that from the loss of a man.

DeleteDefinitely agree. Call the police & ambulance. In Aus at least they have to undergo a psych assessment and be linked with Tx. Therefore, if its a bluff they have to deal with police and Drs, if its legit, they get the help they need.

ReplyDeleteYou hate to see a woman crumple after the loss of a man who doesn't even deserve one tear drop. I can see how a woman would be distraught if she lost a good man esp if it was her fault but this guy, good riddance.
Well...apparently she's still alive a year later and she and Ashton seem to be on decent terms, since they just flew together recently.

ReplyDeleteThe women he dates all go to shit. Ashton screwed over January, Brittany, and Demi and who knows who else. These women are never the same afterward. And Mila is starting to not look as good anymore. He certainly seems to have a type - low self esteem, but that doesn't seem to fit Mila. Maybe she's screwing with him. Let's hope.

THey write their own endings. I think Kutcher is a douche but Demi has exhausted her friends and family with her emotional blackmail.

My husband's ex-wife used to play this game but at home in front of the children. It got to the point where they all would just ignore her. She would also just run off to the mental ward for a three week vacation. Finally she ran away with a hobo and would call drunk screaming at my husband that he was supposed to come and rescue her at the hobo camp and screaming at the adult kids that they were worthless.

DeleteI seen a hobo 2x last year at the deli down the street. I heard he was livin by the creek behind it. He would just talk at people, way over sharing. As one person paid and left, he would turn and start talking at the next guy standing inline waiting to get his pork roll fix. Dude had on 3 pairs of pants, I counted through the holes, and a big ass pair of Umbros on over top of em, probably hiding stains. Dude was old and completely shot out.
ReplyDeleteHonestly, I can't blame Ashton for getting away from that messy situation. I don't think he caused her to behave that way - that type of behavior stems from deep insecurity issues that pre-date his meeting her.
ReplyDeleteYup, she has BPD but knew how to play the system to get the drugs she wanted. She was one of those people that everyone thought was wonderful but was horrible to her family. I got a great husband out of the deal and three damaged step-children, two of which lived with us for a while and I am proud to say, are great people now. Each has their issues but so much better than when we met. My son is now a Marine and my daughter is a vet assistant, both play things close to the vest but are doing well. The middle son is a bit like his mother, married a girl exactly like his mother and the drama is too much.
ReplyDeleteI wish I could tell you about all the crazy Hobo Mary brought into the kid's and my husband's lives. All the self medicating, violence, ruined credit, inability to hold a job, no food in the house, and other bullshit. I think Demi might have been the same but with money.
So sad.
I agree with Count Jerkula. Whenever an ex puts that type of manipulation on you, run for the hills and don't look back.
ReplyDeleteI forgot to mention that Asshat seems to be a bad influence on his women. He strikes me as the type who is into emotional abuse to control his women. He was sure a dick to January Jones and Brittany Murphy.
